Introduction

Transport is the most important component of Russia's production infrastructure.

Russia has all modern modes of transport, its transport communications on location and structure correspond to the country's internal and external transport and economic ties, but needs significant improvement.

When moving to the market, road transport continues to occupy a leading position in the transportation of goods and passengers.

And during the operation of the car, its working properties are gradually reduced due to wear of the parts, as well as corrosion and fatigue of the metal from which they are made. Failures and faults appear in the car, which are eliminated during maintenance and repair.

The main source of economic efficiency of overhaul of cars is the use of the residual resource of their parts. About 7075% of car parts received major repairs can be reused, either without repair or after a slight repair impact.

Parts that have fully exhausted their life and are subject to replacement account for 2530% of all parts. The number of parts whose working surfaces wear is within acceptable limits, which will allow them to be used without repair, reaches 3035%. The remaining parts of the car (4045%) can be reused only after their restoration. The cost of restoring these parts does not exceed 1015% of the cost of their manufacture.

The main objective of overhaul is to increase the reliability of mobile road transport. Restoring the operability of cars by overhauling them allows you to maintain the number of the country's car fleet at the required level with limited labor and material resources.

In this course work, the detailed most radical methods of eliminating defects most often encountered during the repair of the crankshaft and the necessary equipment are selected, the use of which allows for high-quality repair with the least cost.

1.2 Development of crankshaft repair routes

1. - Debris and cracks of any nature and location

- Shaft bend

- Increase of anterior root neck length

2. - Wear of connecting rod necks

- Wear and tear of the root necks

- Neck wear under pulley hub

3. - Beating the journal under the crankshaft gear

- Wear of holes in bead flange and flywheel attachment bolts

- Wear of the bearing hole of the guide end of the gearbox drive shaft

Conclusion: To develop the process, take route No. 2, since defects that are often encountered during operation are included in this route .

1.3 Choosing How to Restore a Part

1. 1 Defect: Wear of connecting rod necks

To eliminate this type of defect, the following types of repairs are used:

- grinding to repair size

- surfacing

2 Defect: Root neck wear

To eliminate this type of defect, the following types of repairs are used:

3 Defect: Neck wear under pulley hub

To eliminate this defect, the following types of repairs are used:

- surfacing

- rolling

Conclusion

In the process of course work, knowledge in the discipline was deepened and consolidated. A calculation was made for a certain task and practical knowledge was obtained on the design of the process of restoring a car part. In accordance with the heading task, the process of restoring the crankshaft of the ZMZ66 engine was developed and the necessary technical equipment was selected, as well as the modes and time standards for mechanical processing were calculated.
