Development of the manufacturing process of the T-130 gear, 60-12-8

Introduction

This paper describes the main process design steps for the gear part.

Based on the part drawing, the following process design analysis was performed; selection of workpiece (drawing is made) with assignment of allowances and deviations; process is designed (process documentation is filled in); cutting and auxiliary tools are selected; processing modes are selected; time norms are assigned and machine load is calculated.

The required process calculations are given in the explanatory note. During the design process, the process documentation is completed (see the end of the explanatory note).

9.1 Description of device for dental operation.

Accessory consists of flange mandrel with expansion collet, mandrel, ring, clamping nut, quick-detachable washer, stud. The mandrel is installed through a window in the machine bed, from below into the conical hole of the table with a taper of 1:10 and locked by a ring. The housing is fixed with 4 screws, along the holes in the table with thread. The part is installed on collet bushing and pressed by nut through quick-release washer.
