The object of design is the 2nd office building in Volgograd.
The average number is 3.3 people. The height of the floor is 3.0 m, the basement is 2.0 m.
The designed house is equipped with cold water supply and sewerage.
The rate of water consumption of cold water by one resident of the house is 110 liters per day* person. Water is used for drinking, household, sanitary and hygienic needs.
Common consumption rooms are equipped with washbasins, sinks with faucets in the kitchen, toilets with flush barrels, bathtubs equipped with showers and sinks. The diameter of the street sewer collector at the connection point of the yard network is 150 mm. The diameter of the city water supply pipe is 350 mm.
