The projected building is the 8th residential building, located in the city of Volgograd. The most important climatic indicators of the area are temperature characteristics:

  • average annual outdoor temperature t8.0 °C;
  • absolute minimum t=-48 °C, maximum air temperature for the last 50 years of observations t=40 °C.

Also, to perform the work, it is necessary to know the depth of   soil freezing

1.2 m. and the intensity of rain lasting 20 minutes, which is repeated once a year q20 = 49 l/(s*ha).

The predominant soil is loam, in addition, there is clay, sand, and black soil.

The building is equipped with 79 sanitary appliances (sinks, washbasins, toilets, bathtubs).
