1. EXPLANATORY NOTE

2. MAIN INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERFORMANCE OF WORKS:

3. SAFETY GUIDELINES:

INTERSECTION WITH ACTIVE ELECTRIC CABLE

LIST OF USED MACHINES AND MECHANISMS

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CRANE

LIST OF MATERIALS AND METHODS OF THEIR SLINGING AND STORAGE

NON-MECHANIZED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE PANELS

THE FOLLOWING ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE PROJECT:

0 organization of preparatory works

To complete the site with the equipment, the equipment, the tool and also to provide with the technical documentation necessary for works on transfer of transformers.

Equip the team with the required skills:

responsible leader of 2 people;

electronic installers of 4-5 category of 4 people;

crane operator 1 person;

rafters 2 people.

Familiarize them with the scope of work, carry out a targeted safety training taking into account the peculiarities of rigging and installation work (for painting) and provide personnel with personal protective equipment.

1. Before starting work, issue a permit.

2. The following shall be indicated on lifting mechanisms, process equipment that will be in operation: name of the enterprise (organization), inventory number, lifting capacity and date of the next technical inspection. Removable load-grabbing devices shall include the number, carrying capacity and test date (attached to the metal tag).

3. Fence the work area and install warning posters. Organize a fire fighting post.

4. Prior to the start of transportation works, clarify with all team members the conditional signals, gestures and sound signals that are used in specific situations during installation work.

5. Metal parts of electrically driven process equipment shall be grounded. Grounding shall be provided for the bolt. Do not weld grounding to the equipment frame.

6. Transportation works shall be carried out in the presence of the person responsible for safe operation by cranes.

7. From accidental oil spillage, install oil trays at pipe connection points.

Transfer of transformer to temporary storage place

1. Arrangement of passages, passages and passages to the place of work:

Plan the transportation area and lay it out with road slabs.

2. Power supply of the work area:

380V AC power supply 20 kW.

3. Operation of lifting cranes and mechanisms, construction machines and devices, performance of work at height.

The following shall be indicated on lifting mechanisms, process equipment that will be in operation: name of the enterprise (organization), inventory number, lifting capacity and date of the next technical inspection. Removable load-grabbing devices shall include the number, carrying capacity and test date (attached to the metal tag).

4. Only serviceable and tested hydraulic jacks shall be used to lift the load movement. Before works start, inspect them.

The condition of the jacks, their operation mode and maintenance must comply with the requirements of factory instructions.

Do not load jacks above their passport carrying capacity.

When lifting loads with jacks, the following requirements shall be met:

- under the jack there should be a wooden laying (sleepers, bars, boards 40-50 mm thick) with an area larger than the base of the jack housing depending on the weight of the lifted load;

- jack shall be set strictly in vertical position in relation to lifting load;

- jack head (paw) must rest against special places intended for transformer lifting in order to avoid their breakage, laying an elastic gasket between the head (paw) and the load;

- jack head (paw) must be supported by its entire plane to avoid slipping of the load during lifting;

- as the load rises, the liners must be laid under the load, and when it is lowered, it must be removed in a manner.

Release of the jack and its rearrangement from under the lifted load or work on installation of carriages under the transformer in the lifted form is carried out after safety laying under the transformer bottom.

5. Metal parts of electrically driven oil stations shall be grounded. Grounding shall be provided for the bolt. Do not weld grounding to the frame of hydraulic stations.

6. Prior to the start of transformer transportation, the Contractor together with the Customer shall carry out an external inspection of the transformer for seals, no dents and draw up an act.

7. The following shall be agreed with Owner and Contractor:

- scope, process sequence and terms of works execution;

- procedure of operational management in case of emergency.

8. To complete the site with the equipment, the equipment, the tool and also to provide with technical documentation necessary for works on transportation of the transformer.

9. Equip the team with the required skills, familiarize with the scope of work, conduct a targeted safety training taking into account the peculiarities of rigging (under the signature) and provide personnel with personal protective equipment.

Prior to the start of transportation operations, clarify with all team members the conditional signals, gestures and sound signals that are used in specific situations during lifting operations.

Transportation works shall be performed in the presence of the person responsible for non-hazardous cranes.

Main instructions for the work:

1. Sling and storage of articles shall be performed in accordance with this PPR.

2. Soil development shall be performed by excavator with tank. ladle 0.4 m. The developed soil is loaded into the dump trucks and taken to the temporary dump (see graphic part). Backfill of pits shall be carried out with unpowered soil in layers of 200250 mm with careful ramming of each sludge and bringing volume weight of backfill to V = 1.6t/m3. Soil shall not contain debris rocks, debris, etc. The location of temporary storage of soil is determined by the customer's administration.

3. Unloading and installation of reinforced concrete products is carried out using KS3577 crane.

4. For material storage, a storage area is used, sand and crushed stone and reinforced concrete are placed on open areas.

5. Vehicles are entered through the checkpoint

6. Work should be carried out in the presence of traffic management scheme.

7. Until complete arrangement of the repaired section with temporary road signs and fences it IS FORBIDDEN to place machines, mechanisms, equipment, materials, etc. on the roadway and road elements.

3. Basic Safety Guidelines:

1. During construction and installation works it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the Occupational Safety Instructions.

2. The construction site shall be equipped and the workers shall be provided with the following means of collective and individual protection:

1) inventory protective fences with warning inscriptions and signs for fencing of work places;

2) portable lamps for lighting workplaces in the dark;

3) stairs (ladders) for descent into the trench;

4) primary fire extinguishing equipment;

5) protective helmets;

6) sleeves.

3 Excavation works in the area of the existing underground utilities should be carried out under the direct supervision of the foreman or foreman, and in the protective zone of cables under voltage or the existing gas pipeline, in addition, under the supervision of employees of the electric or gas economy.

4. Vehicles and mechanisms, roads and other dangerous places shall have clearly visible warning and indicative signs and signs. During operation of the crane and excavator, the displayed warning signs at the border of the danger zone are rearranged as the mechanisms move, on the roads there must be signs of entry and exit, speed limits, direction of movement of vehicles.

5. Domestic premises shall be provided with primary fire extinguishing equipment.

Upon completion of the work shift before closing the premises, the person responsible for fire safety or other appointed person shall:

- To inspect domestic premises;

- Disconnect electrical heating devices and general power supply from the electrical network (Appendix N 1 "Production Instruction on Fire Fighting Measures in Domestic Premises").

As a temporary location of workers at the site, the administration provides recreational facilities.

6. It is forbidden to install and move construction machines and cars within the prism of collapse of the trench soil without anchorages.

7. The condition of the slopes should be systematically monitored, inspecting the soil before the start of each shift.

8. When crossing trenches with existing underground communications, the development of soil by a mechanized method is allowed at a distance of at least 2 m from the side wall and at least 1 m above the top of the pipe, cable, etc. The soil left after mechanized development must be completed manually without the use of impact tools, and all measures should be taken to prevent the possibility of damage to these communications.

9 8. When performing works, comply with the requirements of PPB 0103 "Fire Safety Rules," on safety procedures when working with power tools, accessories, small mechanization tools and construction equipment (machines).

10. Familiarize all participants in the production process with this PPR for painting.
