Description
The transistor tester is a device that measures: the return current of the emitter (Ieo), the return current of the collector (Iko), the static transmission coefficient (h21) up to 1000 at a given current of the base (Ib) of bipolar transistors, as well as the initial drain current (Ic) up to 100mA, the cutoff voltage (Uots) and the slope characteristics of the field transistors.
