Introduction

During the operation of the car, its working properties gradually

deteriorating due to wear of parts, as well as corrosion and fatigue

the material from which they are made. Failures appear in the car and

faults that are eliminated during maintenance and

repair.

A car that meets all the requirements is considered serviceable

regulatory and technical documentation.

A serviceable car, unlike a serviceable one, must

meet only those requirements that enable

use it for its intended purpose without a threat to traffic safety.

A serviceable car can be faulty, for example, have

deteriorated appearance, reduced pressure in the lubrication system

engine.

Damage is called the transition of the car to the faulty, but serviceable

a capable state; it is called the transition to an inoperable state

refusal.

Repair is a set of recovery operations

correctness or operability of products and restoration of product resources

and their components.

The need and expediency of repairing vehicles are due to

first of all, inequality of their components (assembly units and structures

parts). It is known that to create an equal-strength car, all the details of which

wear would be uniform and have the same service life, impossible -

but. Therefore, in the course of operation, cars pass by road

in new enterprises (ATP) periodic maintenance and, if necessary, current re-

mount (TP), which is carried out by replacing individual parts and units

This allows you to maintain cars in a technically serviceable condition -

nii.

With long-term operation, cars reach such a state,

when their repair under ATP conditions becomes technically impossible or

economically impractical. In this case, they are sent to the central

scheduled maintenance or overhaul (CR) for the automotive repair enterprise

measurement (ATM).

Conclusion

As a result of the project work, the structure of the ATM was developed. The annual ATM program has been defined (Hpr = 5000). The annual volume of main production is determined. The main workshops of the enterprise were developed, their area, the number of working personnel, etc.

The originality and peculiarity of the designed ARP is that on the basis of this enterprise it is possible to carry out a complete overhaul of all various brands and modifications.

The project adopts a straight-flow layout scheme, its advantages are straightforward and, accordingly, convenient movement of basic and other large and heavy parts, minimal crossing of traffic flows.

Production sites are assigned fire and explosive hazard categories. This company complies with all the standards and requirements of the production building.

The number of process equipment units in the welding and surfacing area was calculated and a layout plan was developed.

The calculation results are as follows:

- annual scope of ARS Tg = 925000, hourly hours;

- number of production and auxiliary workers ∑Ri=519 people;

- total area of production and auxiliary

- total storage area ∑Fck= 290, m2;

- design area of the production building of ARP ∑Fpac= 6985m2.

In addition, the following are calculated: transport system and energy

ARA requirements.

Experience gained in ATM and manufacturing design

plots will be used in the diploma project.
