Introduction

The demands placed on heavy trucks are growing relentlessly. The main segment of the age structure of the car fleet of heavy trucks of our country is occupied by KamAZ trucks older than 15 years. In this regard, the problem of modernizing the existing car fleet remains urgent.

This work is devoted to the project, which makes it possible to justify the possibility of using inter-wheeled interlocks of driving bridges on the KamAZ5320 car. The validity of the need for this modernization is confirmed by comparative analysis of structures and mathematical calculations.

1.1 Evaluation of the relevance of the use of inter-wheeled interlocks of the rear trolley on the KamAZ-5320 car

In modern main trucks, inter-wheel locking is used to increase the car's capabilities when driving on loose and slippery roads [1]. Blocking allows on roads with this type of coating to ensure a confident touching of the car from the spot and the possibility of further movement.

The general-purpose car KamAZ - 5320 in its design does not have interwheel interlocks of driving bridges. The need for interlocks is similar to trunk trucks. This upgrade will improve performance. A car equipped with a lock will have great capabilities when driving on roads with a loose and slippery surface. According to the means of application of modernization, a higher level of operational reliability will be ensured.

The use of inter-wheel locking will make it possible to carry out more complex transport work. Will reduce driver fatigue. Will provide the driver with confidence when driving in sharply changed road conditions. A higher level of operational reliability will be ensured due to the possibility of eliminating the negative loading that occurs on the axis of the differential satellites provided that the car slips in place for a long time. Elimination of loading will reduce the likelihood of expensive repairs, and will also extend the life of the car as a whole.

1.3 Selection of drive type and locking device for the project of application of interlock of inter-wheel differentials on KamAZ-5320 car

Considering the positive and negative aspects of the designs of locking devices and drives, we will determine the most suitable for the design application on the prototype. The main selection criteria are reliability and processability.

A locking device such as a cam clutch has proven to be highly reliable. Electro-pneumatic drive, due to the ease of use, has become widespread. Today, the modern KamAZ5490 main truck has in its design the locking of the drive axle interwheel differential is precisely the cam type of the locking device with an electric pneumatic drive. The experience of application has shown that this design is as reliable and technological as possible. We take this design as the basis for the development of a project for the application of interlock of inter-wheel differentials (MKD) of the KamAZ - 5320 car.

Conclusion

During the course project, an analysis of the designs of blocking devices and actuators for switching on inter-wheeled interlocks used on domestic trucks was carried out. The cam half-coupling was calculated for cutting and crushing, during which it was concluded that the selected coupling meets the specified requirements. KamAZ-5320 vehicle interwheel locking project is justified.
