Description

Components of the drive are: electric motor, conical - cylindrical reduction gear, 2 elastic couplings, drive shaft. The drive operates as follows: torque is transmitted from the electric motor through an elastic clutch to the input shaft of the reduction gear box; from output shaft of reduction gear box through elastic clutch to drive shaft. It is required to perform the necessary calculations, select the best parameters of the diagram and develop the design documentation intended for the manufacture of the drive: • gearbox general view drawing (at the stage of sketch design); • gearbox assembly drawing (at the stage of engineering design); • working drawings of gearbox parts; • gearbox general view drawing; • design explanatory note and specifications;
