Description

The purpose of course project No. 1519: to design a chain conveyor drive with a two-stage cylindrical reduction gear made according to an expanded scheme. Components of the drive are an asynchronous electric motor, a chain drive with a tensioner, a cylindrical two-stage reduction gear, a drive shaft with sprockets and a clutch. Drive device: torque is transmitted from the electric motor to the input shaft of the reduction gear box using a coupling with a torus-shaped shell; from output shaft of reduction gear box through combined coupling to drive shaft. It is required to perform the necessary calculations, select the best parameters of the diagram and develop the design documentation intended for the manufacture of the drive: • gearbox general view drawing (at the stage of sketch design); • gearbox assembly drawing (at the stage of engineering design); • working drawings of gearbox parts; • gearbox general view drawing; • design explanatory note and specifications; For calculations, the CASIO fx-570 ES calculator was used. For graphic constructions, the Autodest AutoCAD Professional 2018 program was used. Standard products are taken from the standard parts library.
