I. Introduction
The main task of mechanical tillage is to create favorable conditions for the development of cultivated plants, in order to obtain high and stable yields.
In the process of mechanical treatment of soil, weeds, insects of pests are destroyed, soil residues are embedded, as well as for the application of organic and mineral fertilizers, conditions are created for moisture accumulation.
In agriculture, 3 types of soil treatment are distinguished: 1) the main 2) special 3) surface
The main treatment of soils is plowing with a plow with a pre-plow, with a formation turnover of 2035 cm. In areas prone to wind erosion (destruction and blowing of fertile soil under the influence of wind), the main treatment of the soil consists in loosening with plows - rippers or cultivators - flat cuts to a depth of 1630 cm without a formation turnover. With such treatment, stubble is preserved on the surface, which protects the soil from wind erosion - the development of Academician Maldev.
Special soil treatment - includes plowing of divided and swamp soils, plantation plowing, deep loosening, soil milling, drilling pits for planting trees.
Surface soil treatment - provides for the following operations:
• loosening
• harrowing
• cultivation
• Soil rolling
• pupation
• Soil layout (micro leveling)
II. Purpose and overview of analogues of the designed cutter.
The mini-tractor cutter is designed to cultivate soil and destroy weed vegetation between the rows of berry shrubs, on household plots and small farms. Cutter can be used for soil treatment for vegetable crops.
Analogues of MF035 mini milling cutter are the following milling cutters:
• The mill garden hinged FEM0.95 - is intended for loosening of the soil and
destruction of weeds in interstem strips of gardens and interstrips
berries, as well as, at the same time, for the application of organic fertilizers.
• Garden cutter FA0.76 - designed for soil and weed treatment
in the interstem bands of fruit orchards. The cutter can work in areas,
planted with trees with high and low bark, where the interstices allow
unimpeded passage of tractor.
• Garden cutter FLSH200 - a cutter with variable gripping width, designed for
soil tillage and destruction of weeds in the inter-rows of berry shrubs
and young gardens. Cutter can be used for soil treatment for vegetable
cultures.
V. Process adjustments and operating regulations.
The working element of the machine is a milling drum, with a grip width of 0.55 m., a diameter of 370 mm. And a rotation speed of 500 rpm.
Discs are fitted on drum shaft and knives are attached to discs. The knives have an L-shaped bend to the right and left side. Drum axle rotates on two bearings mounted on casing. The casing is a frame welded from corners, closed from above with a steel sheet. The casing is equipped with support slides limiting the drilling drum deepening into the soil.
Depth of soil treatment by cutter is controlled by changing height of runners relative to shaft axis. To do this, there are a number of holes on the struts.
Drum casing on longitudinal angles has bracket for articulated connection of milling drum to lift frame. This casing attachment allows the drum to copy the field relief in the transverse direction.
The rationing angle is limited to 10 degrees by the chain connecting the drum casing with the lift frame.
The cutter is hung on a tractor using an automatic coupler. During operation, the milling drum receives rotation from the POL tractor.
VI. Maintenance during operation of MF0.55 cutter.
Process maintenance is a set of mandatory operations performed within the established time frame in order to maintain the normal operability of the machines and ensure their constant readiness for operation. To ensure normal operation of agricultural machines and mechanisms, a planned maintenance system is provided. It ensures constant serviceability and uninterrupted operation of machines, fuel and lubricants savings, availability of spare parts and increases machine productivity.
Monthly T.O. machines include mainly cleaning machines from soil, plant residues, lifting fasteners, technical condition of all parts and mechanisms. Fasteners of working members, trailer and drive mechanisms are checked and tightened if necessary.
VII. Agricultural Safety
units.
• Agricultural units shall be serviceable mechanisms.
• You need to approach the suspension machine or coupler in reverse on slow motion
transmission, smoothly without jerks.
• It is permitted to attach or hang the machine only after a complete stop.
• Before touching down, the tractor driver must make sure that the path is free, under
the tractor has no foreign objects, and there are no people between the tractor and the car.
• It is also necessary to check whether the maintenance personnel of the unit has taken their places. At
working in dusty conditions, workers shall be provided with respiratory devices to protect respiratory organs.
• It is forbidden to rest and sleep in the furrow at the roadsides where the units work, as well as at
cars and under trees.
Do not repair the machines on the unit (tighten the fasteners, lubricate, etc.). Replacement of working elements is allowed only when the engine is plugged.
Do not ride on frames, in the boxes of disk harrows, sit down and get off the seat on the unit, be at close distance in front of the operating unit.
Belt, gear, chain and gimbal transmissions available in machines, projecting ends of rotating shafts must be covered with covers or shields.
