In most countries of the world, technical re-equipment is being carried out, high-capacity technological installations are being introduced, which significantly reduce unit investments, operating costs and labor costs. At the same time, equipment reliability requirements are sharply increasing. A large and responsible role in improving the reliability of equipment is assigned to repair services. Increasing the volume of repair work while improving the quality of maintenance requires constantly improving the repair technology and improving the skills of repair personnel. The quality of repair work largely depends on an increase in the pace of labor mechanization, centralization and specialization of services, improvement of the organization and planning of repairs. The same factors determine the improvement of technical and economic indicators - a decrease in the cost of production, an increase in labor productivity.

When designing equipment, it is necessary to take into account the requirements of operation (maintenance) and installation of equipment. Equipment repairability and installation method are laid down during equipment design. Thus, knowledge of repair and installation issues is also necessary for the future designer.

Equipment operation specialists work in installation organizations. Therefore, the study of installation issues is necessary for students studying equipment operation issues.

Conclusion

The course work describes the purpose and the principle of operation of the hydraulic vulcanization press for passenger tires, provides a list of works carried out during major and current repairs, and draws up a schedule for the repair. Then the overhaul network schedule was drawn up. The main parameters of restoring the rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the central mechanism were also calculated, a diagram and a lubrication map were developed.

In conclusion, there are possible problems in the operation of the autoclave, their causes and possible ways to eliminate them.
