The designed building is a swimming pool. The construction site is located in the city of Amderma, belongs to the climatic district with the following climatic data:
1. climate zone: IIA
2. humidity zone: wet
3. design winter outside air temperature: -36 ° С
4. duration in days: Zop = 365
5. average air temperature: tn = -7 ° С
6. average ground freezing depth: 2.2 m.
7. groundwater level: 1.2 m.
Characteristics of the designed building
The object of construction is a two-story building with dimensions in axes 42,400 x 24,000.
The construction site is located in Amderma.
Number of floors: 2;
Foundation: columnar glass type;
Exterior walls:
longitudinal: ceramic concrete wall panels, 350 mm thick with insulation;
transverse: brick reinforced, 510 mm thick;
Interior walls: brick 120 mm thick;
Floors: cast-in-situ reinforced concrete with a thickness of 220;
Roof: flat;
The building is in plan with dimensions in axes 42.4 × 24.0 m;
The structural diagram of the building is a riggless frame, large-span structures .
The main bearing elements: a single monolithic structure, where the columns and floors are made in monolithic reinforced concrete, coating slabs.
Characteristics of construction conditions:
Terrain: calm;
Groundwater level: 1.2 m;
Ground freezing depth: 2.2 m.
Architectural and structural part
2.1 Architectural and planning solutions
The swimming pool building is a two-story structure with dimensions in the axes 42400 × 24000. The construction site is located in the city of Amderma.
The building has an entrance equipped with a ramp and two evacuation exits. A spacious lobby, corridors, elevator, dressing room are also designed. The building houses a swimming pool with 4 tracks, locker rooms for athletes (men's and women's), a massage room, a training area, showers, as well as technical rooms (see room explication).
The building is equipped with a system of drinking water supply, sewerage, low-current networks. Ventilation channels are made from bathrooms.
2.4 Engineering Equipment
2.4.1 Heating
Heating and hot water supply are designed from main heating networks. Heating devices are aluminum radiators.
2.4.2 Water supply
Centralized hot water supply system (open circuit) with lower wiring. The system of drinking water supply is provided. The presence of a water meter allows you to turn it off in case of emergencies or repairs.
2.4.3 Sewerage
Sewerage centralized domestic and storm. Water runoff from the roof goes through the funnels to the storm sewer.
2.4.4 Power supply
Power supply is provided from the city substation. Electrical panels are located on each floor in technical rooms.
2.6 Calculation of foundation depth
Foundation depth depends on:
soil freezing depth;
groundwater levels;
structural solution of building below "zero" (with basement);
the presence or absence of various networks passing underground.
The depth of ground freezing in the city of Amderma is 2.2 m, the groundwater level is 1.2 m.
The elevation of the foundation depth in our case is: h = 2.35 m.

Layer 3: insulation (Parok stone wool) 220mm
