1.1. Climatic conditions

The construction area is Velikiye Luki.

Absolute minimum ambient air temperature: 41 ° С.

Outside air temperature of the coldest days with:

0.98: 34ºС;

0.92: 31ºС.

Outside air temperature of the coldest five-day coverage:

0.98: 29ºС;

0.92: 26ºС.

Period with average daily air temperature less than 8 ° C: duration 212 days, average temperature: 2 ° C.

Standard value of wind pressure: 23 kgf/m2 (for I wind area). The dominant direction of the winds: southwest.

Standard value of snow cover weight per 1 m2 of horizontal ground surface: 100 kgf/m2 (for III snow area).

2. object and site characteristics

The building site is located in the existing building system.

For access to the building, existing driveways from nearby streets are used. The entrance to the central entrance is organized from the main street and the remaining driveways are paved with paving tiles. Roads are illuminated by masts, with lamps fixed on them.

The design highlights the mass axis relative to which the building, sites, and tracks are split. In front of the building is a section of a pedestrian boulevard. Lights are designed along the sidewalk.

The improvement of the territory provides for the creation of favorable conditions for visitors to houses under construction and existing ones.

The complex of works on improvement of the site envisaged by the project includes:

- arrangement of passages, platforms with asphalt concrete pavement;

- arrangement of recreation grounds for residents, playgrounds, platforms for economic work.

- planting of decorative shrubs, breakdown of flower beds, arrangement of lawns.

3. Volume-planning solution

3.1. description of the building

The building of the health complex is 2 storeys. The building is frame-brick, with insulation from slabs of polystyrene foam.

On the floors there are the pool room itself and rooms for various purposes.

4.3. feature description

External walls - lightweight masonry made of silicate brick according to GOST 37995 M150, 100 on M100.50 solution with a thickness of 640 mm:

inner layer 380 mm;

a polystyrene foam plate insulation;

outer layer 120 mm;

fastening on flexible links.

The inner walls are solid masonry made of silicate brick.

Foundations - strip assemblies of blocks as per GOST 1357978.

Column - reinforced concrete.

Ceilings - from prefabricated railway plates with round voids according to the series 1.1411 vol. 58, 60.

Coating above the pool - prefabricated rails according to the series 1.4653 vol. 2 (3x12 m).

Runs - according to the series 1.2252 vol. 5, 8

Ladders - L.B. according to the series 1.2513 vol. 1 and 1.2523 vol. 1 (grade LM 3314, LP 2813), stages according to the series 1.055.1-1.

6. building engineering equipment

The building under construction is equipped with systems of internal cold and hot water supply, sewerage, heating, power supply, telephony.

Domestic drinking water supply. The water supply of the building is provided from the existing outdoor city water supply system.

Water supply is introduced into the building with installation of a water meter on the water metering unit.

Hot water supply. Hot water supply and heating are provided from existing urban systems.

Internal water supply networks are installed from steel water and gas galvanized pipes as per GOST 326275.

Sewerage. The project provides for a domestic sewage system. Waste water is discharged from sanitary devices by gravity to the existing domestic sewage yard network. The internal sewer network is installed from cast iron sewer pipes as per GOST 326275.

Gas supply. Gas is supplied from existing urban networks.

Power supply, telephony and radialization are also carried out from existing networks at the construction site.

7. fire safety

According to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 22.07.2008 No. 123FZ "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements," the building belongs to the third degree of fire resistance.

The building provides structural, space-planning and engineering solutions that provide in case of fire:

1. The possibility of evacuating people, regardless of their age and physical condition, to the area adjacent to the building before the threat to their life and health due to the impact of fire hazards;

2. The possibility of saving people;

3. Possibility of access of personnel of fire departments and supply of fire extinguishing equipment to the fire center, as well as carrying out measures to save people and material assets;

4. Non-proliferation of fire on nearby buildings, including during the collapse of a burning building.

Measures for fire protection of buildings are provided taking into account the technical equipment of fire departments and their location.

Construction structures are characterized by fire resistance and fire hazard. The fire hazard of the structure is characterized by its fire hazard class.

Fire resistance limits of structures shall be not less than the required fire resistance limit of the fire barrier enclosing part.

Protection of people by evacuation is provided by a complex of volumetric planning, structural, engineering and organizational measures. Evacuation routes within the premises shall ensure safe evacuation of people through evacuation exits from this premises without taking into account the fire extinguishing and smoke protection means used in it.

Evacuation exits from the premises of the first floor should be provided directly outside.

Escape routes from any floor except the first pass through ordinary staircases with natural lighting through windows in the outer walls.

The width of escape routes in the light should be at least 1 m, doors - at least 0.8 m.

Escape exit doors and other escape doors shall be opened in the direction of exit from the building.

Escape routes shall be illuminated.

In buildings of all degrees of fire resistance and fire hazard classes on escape routes it is not allowed to use materials with high fire hazard.

On the floor on the escape routes, height differences of more than 45 cm and protrusions, with the exception of thresholds, are not allowed.

Fire water supply systems of the building shall be provided with permanent access of fire departments.

In buildings with a roof slope of more than 12%, fencing on the roof is provided in accordance with GOST 25772.
