Introduction:

Mechanical engineering is the most important industry. Its products are machines of various types that are supplied to all branches of the national economy. The growth of industry and the national economy, as well as the pace of re-equipment of their new equipment, largely depend on the level of development of mechanical engineering .

Technological progress in mechanical engineering is characterized not only by an improvement in the design of machines, but also by a continuous improvement in the technology of their production. Currently, it is important to manufacture a machine in a high-quality, cheap and time-consuming manner, using modern high-performance equipment, tools, technological equipment, mechanization and automation of production. The durability and reliability of the produced machines, as well as the economy of their operation, largely depend on the adopted production technology. The improvement of mechanical engineering technology is determined by the needs of production of machines necessary for society.

Theoretical developments and practice have shown that in the conditions of single, small-scale and mass production, characteristic of 80% of machine-building and instrument-making enterprises, the most rational is the organization of group production based on the unification of its objects, technological processes and equipment, as well as on the creation of specific-specialized sections and multi-nomenclature group flow and automated lines. Group production makes it possible to carry out the most complete work on mechanization and automation of equipment and labor. Its application is especially effective in conditions of concentration of production and creation of associations.

Today's requirements for mechanical engineering are the creation of high-performance machines and equipment, the reduction of their material and energy consumption, the introduction of low-waste and waste-free technological processes, and the reduction of labor intensity of production due to the wide introduction of various automation and mechanization tools.

The problem of improving and technological assurance of accuracy in mechanical engineering is very urgent. Precision in mechanical engineering is of great importance for improving the performance of machines and for the technology of their production.

Depending on the need for a particular engineering product, there are three types of production:

single,

serial,

mass.

Each of the three types of production has its own procurement technology, its own equipment, and its own production organization.

The purpose of the project is to acquire skills in the development of the technological process for the manufacture of parts.

Gearbox assembly

Prior to assembly, inner cavity of reducer housing is thoroughly cleaned and covered with oil-resistant paint.

Assembly is performed in accordance with gearbox assembly drawing, starting from shaft assemblies:

Bearings pre-heated in oil to 80100 ° C are fitted on the drive shaft-gear;

A key is put into the driven shaft and the gear wheel is pressed to rest against the shaft collar and ball bearings pre-heated in oil are installed.

The assembled shafts are laid in the base of the reduction gear case and put on the cover of the case, covering previously the surfaces of the joint of the cover and the case with sealant. For alignment, a cover is installed on the body using two conical pins; bolts that attach the cover to the housing are tightened.

Prior to installation of through covers felt seals impregnated with hot oil are put into grooves. By turning the shafts there is no jamming of bearings (the shafts must be rotated by hand) and the covers are fixed with screws.

Then plug of oil discharge hole with gasket and iron oil indicator are screwed in.

Oil is poured into housing and inspection hole is closed with cover with gasket made of technical cardboard; cover is bolted.

The assembled gearbox is rolled and tested on the bench according to the program set by the specifications.
