Description

In this course work, the gear manufacturing technology is considered. During the work, an analysis of the applicability of this gear is presented, and the part is also considered from the point of view of processability. Based on the analysis, a table of dimensions indicating tolerances and limit deviations is given. 1. Based on the technical and economic analysis of the production, it was established that the most economical method for producing blanks for the manufacture of 1000 pieces of parts is hot stamping at the MCC. 2. In the course project, a rational route-operation technological process for cutting the Gear part 3 has been developed. To ensure the cutting process of the Gear part, the necessary process documentation has been developed.

Introduction

Production efficiency, its technical process, quality of manufactured products largely depend on the introduction of methods of technical and economic analysis, which ensures the solution of technical issues and the economic efficiency of technological and design developments. Modern machine-building production is focused on improving the quality of machine-building products, on the widespread use of progressive structural and instrumental materials, strengthening technologies, on complex automation based on the use of CNC and CAD machines, requires the training of qualified specialists with not only deep theoretical knowledge, but also capable of practically using them in their production activities. In this course work, based on the requirements for accuracy and quality specified by the designer, reflected in the drawing of the Gear part (material - 40X steel, overall dimensions: length 116 mm, largest diameter f71.83 mm, the number of parts is set to 1000 pcs. manufactured per year, serial code 2) it is necessary to develop the most efficient machining process with the selection of equipment, tools, technological equipment, the assignment of processing modes for the geometry-appropriate cutting parts of the tool.
