Construction of a store (commercial facility)

It was developed on the basis of the APL, the technical assignment for the design and the data of the technological part of the project, as well as engineering and geological surveys issued by the customer.

The space-planning solutions of the working project were solved without violating the functional purpose, in accordance with regulatory standards in accordance with building codes. The adopted space-planning decisions ensure the safe operation of the building.

The architectural and construction part of the project provides for the construction of the following buildings and structures:

- Shop;

- Boiler room.

- Toilet

- Well;

- Well;

- Fencing.

6.2.2.1 Space-planning

The buildings are one-story, stone, without a basement. In the plan with the overall dimensions in the axes of 43.74 x 17.97 m. The mark of the level of the finished floor is taken as 0.000. There is a summer terrace in front of the main entrance.
