The total area of the store is 2809.1 sq.m.
The area of the trading floor is 1601.7 sq.m.
The trading floor is open from 9.00 to 23.00, seven days a week (365 days a year).
The facility envisaged by the project is newly designed, located in a separate building attached to the existing refrigerated warehouses, and is a shopping center with:
- a grocery store with related non-food essential goods and a catering area (food court) (in axes 2-17; A-M);
- a store selling flowers and related products (in axes 1-7; M-U);
- trade pavilions for the sale of non-food groups of goods (in axes 1-; A-M).
In axes 1-5; L-P additionally designed a recreation area for buyers with bathrooms.
