Description

For the successful functioning of the enterprise, a high-quality product management system has been developed, including acceptance, post-operation and output controls, necessary for a complete inspection of the quality of the technological scheme .

Introduction
Construction materials, in particular cement, belong to investment products, that is, the demand for them is associated with the construction and repair of industrial, commercial and residential facilities. The pace of construction is the main factor affecting cement consumption.
Demand, which has been declining since 2014, due to an increase in the pace of construction, began to grow from October 2018 and have a positive impact on the dynamics of production, which allowed during the second half of 2018 and the first half of 2019 to load the capacity of cement plants and increase cement production. The dynamics of consumption is seasonal. Consumption peaks in the warm months of the year, consumption begins to decline in August.
Today, manufacturers offer not only ordinary gray or decorative white cements on the construction materials market, but also beautiful color mixtures made on their basis. They are prepared by adding ultraviolet and alkali resistant pigments with additional shrinkage-type additives. Adding pigments a little
reduces the normative strength of the material, but improves its aesthetic appearance.
Colored Portland cements are among the most effective and durable binding materials for the manufacture of a variety of decorative solutions and concretes used for the external and internal decoration of walls and structural elements of buildings and structures.
A pigment or pigment mixture may be added in large or small portions to form different shades. But it is worth considering that large portions of pigment reduce the strength of the product due to a significant increase in the water demand of the mixture .
Conclusion
As a result of the course project, a modern technological scheme for the production of colored cement was developed.
The clinker composition and the quantitative ratio of the main raw components are determined: the chalk content in the charge is 78.68% (by weight), clay - 21.32%. This ratio makes it possible to obtain cement with specified properties that satisfy the requirements. As additives, it was decided to use diatomite in an amount of 5%, gypsum stone 3% and iron surik 10% as a coloring component.
For the successful functioning of the enterprise, a high-quality product management system has been developed, including acceptance, post-operation and output controls, necessary for a complete inspection of the quality of the technological scheme .
Occupational safety measures are carried out in full compliance with safety and industrial sanitation regulations in cement industry enterprises. Workers entering the enterprises are allowed to work only after training them in safe methods of work and safety instruction.
Measures for environmental engineering protection are expressed in mandatory accounting and documentation of all components of the integral environmental impact of the enterprise, obtaining permits for integrated environmental management from specially authorized state bodies in the field of environmental protection, declaring the environmental policy of the enterprise, completing the declaration on measures taken to protect the environment, and on this basis - preparation and certification of production in the environmental management system.
