The architectural part consists of a plot plan, plans for all floors of the building, architectural sections that determine the mutual location and size of rooms and building elements by height.

The exterior of the designed building is reflected by the building elevations.

The designed object is a 4-city clinic in the city of Voronezh. The structural diagram of the building is arceless.

The design object has the following plan dimensions:

• in axes (12, 10-11) - 6.00 m.;

• in axes (23, 9-10) - 2.70 m;

• in axes (3-4) - 5.40 m;

• in axes (45, 6-7) - 4.80 m;

• in axes (5-6) - 3.60 m;

• in axes (7-8) - 1.19 m.;

2. Master Plan Solution

The designed building has a complex shape measuring 41.40x33.27 m. In addition to the designed building, there are: a veranda and parking for cars. The minimum distance between buildings is taken in accordance with sanitary and fire regulations. It also provides for landscaping of the territory by preserving existing plantations and planting new trees and shrubs.

Type of hard surface - asphalt;

Types of landscaping - trees of free planting, shrubs of ordinary planting.

3. volumetric planning solution

The designed building is a four-story city clinic, has a complex plan shape with dimensions in the axes of 41.40x33.27 m.

The building is of different storeys, the height of the floors is 3.6 m.

The building has two main entrances and one office, a staircase is provided for evacuation. Communication between floors is carried out via an elevator and an internal staircase, which is an evacuation in case of an accident.

At the entrance to the first floor through the main entrance to the left is a wardrobe. Doors from the lobby lead to the hallway. On the left side there is an elevator, a bathroom for visitors, a staircase and a buffet. On the right side are offices, a staircase and a pharmacy. Directly leads a corridor from which you can get into the offices. At the entrance to the second, third and fourth floors on both sides of the corridor there are doctors' offices, procedural, utility rooms. Sanitary facilities for visitors and staff are provided on each floor.

Roof

The roof structure is rafter, multi-slope. Roof rafter system is made of wooden bearing elements. Rafters are accepted by section 180 h40 in mm. in increments of 500 mm. resting on runs and struts with cross section of 100x100mm.

The roof is made of natural tiles according to a wooden grating.

6. Fire Safety Design Codes

Polyclinics belong to class F 3.4 of functional fire hazard. In this regard, during design and construction, measures should be provided to prevent the occurrence of fire, ensure the evacuation of people, and non-proliferation of fire.

Communication between floors is carried out through the internal staircase, which is an evacuation staircase in case of an accident, an external staircase is also provided. According to fire standards, brick partitions with a fire resistance limit of at least EI 45 are provided.

Results of application of fire-retardant impregnation with antiseptic effect "Pirilax SS-20"

1. 1st and 2nd fire-retardant efficiency group according to NPB 25198 at low flow rate: 280 and 180 g/sq. m., respectively;

3. highly effective antiseptic: protects wood from mold, woodblemish, tree beetle;

"Pirilaks CC20" it is simple and convenient in application: it is put with a brush, dipping or dispersion (at a temperature from 15 ° up to +50 °C. It has a triple effect: fire-retardant, bio-protective and preservative. The impregnation is non-salt, created on a water basis, so no sediment is formed on the surface. This allows 15 days to apply varnishes and paints to PF, GF, MA bases (with the exception of LCMs, which include cement, lime, chalk). The coating is safe for humans and animals .
