Application

Introduction

Refrigerators are a device for cooling, freezing and storing perishable products.

A prerequisite for maintaining food of high quality is the creation of a continuous refrigeration chain, which ensures that food products are exposed to low temperatures throughout the time from the moment of production or preparation of the product to the moment of consumption.

Refrigeration equipment is a type of device that creates and uses cold to preserve the quality of meat, fish, oil, milk, vegetables, fruits and other perishable products. In recent years, the latest developments of foreign firms have become available to the Russian consumer of refrigeration equipment. The result of this was the saturation of the Russian market with trading refrigeration equipment, updating the assortment and improving the quality of domestic refrigeration equipment.

Refrigeration equipment is widely used in the food industry, agriculture, trade, transport and other industries. Food traders have to store substantial stocks of goods, many of which are perishable. The best way to store them is to use Cold.

Production refrigerators are built at poultry farms, meat processing plants, fish processing plants, dairy plants, oil and food plants, vegetable storage facilities.

Currently, in Russia there are many different small enterprises that supply fish products to both the domestic and foreign markets.

Russia consumes about 1.9 million tons of food fish products, including canned food, of which at least 0.6 million tons are imported. Assuming that deep processing products include special-purpose fish, ice cream fillet, culinary products, food mince, caviar, canned food and fish preserves, fish oil products and medications, the consumption of the domestic market for deep processing products accounts for about 20% of the total volume of marketable food products. The greatest demand among the population is ice cream fish products, weakly salted and smoked fish products, many types of cheap canned fish.

Russia today is a fishing power, occupying a worthy place in the top ten world fishing states. This is a country endowed with huge reserves of aquatic bioresources

Objectives and objectives of the course project

Purpose of the course project :

application of the acquired knowledge on calculation and selection of the main and auxiliary refrigeration equipment, design of the refrigeration unit diagram.

Course Project Tasks:

- development of self-work skills;

- application of legislative, regulatory and design documentation to solve technical issues;

- presentation of data systematization and analysis skills,

obtained from educational and periodical literature.

Job to run the course project

Calculation and selection of refrigerator for distribution refrigerator:

- refrigerant boiling point: t01 = 10 0С; t02 = 30 0C;

- cooling capacity, respectively: Q01 = 115 kW; Q02 = 112 kW;

- type of condenser - vertical shell-and-tube;

- city - St. Petersburg.

Thermal calculation of refrigerating machine

The tasks of the thermal calculation of the refrigerating machine are:

- determination of required volume capacity of the compressor;

- compressor selection;

- determination of power consumption;

- determination of heat load on the condenser.

Initial data for thermal calculation:

- the required cooling capacity of the machine, taken equal to the thermal load on the compressor;

- design diagram of the refrigerating machine;

- design temperature mode of the refrigerating machine.

Conclusion

The explanatory note justifies the choice of the cooling system, temperature mode of operation, calculation and selection of the main and auxiliary equipment.

To remove the heat load in the cooled rooms, suspended air coolers are selected, which contributes to a more uniform air temperature in the cooled rooms, low ammonia storage capacity - which increases the safety of the refrigeration plant.

The refrigeration unit operates according to a two-stage compression scheme.

This scheme reduces the number of auxiliary equipment.

To remove condensation heat, a shell-tube condenser is used, which is installed outside the engine room, which also reduces the construction area of ​ ​ the engine room.

The main technical and economic indicators were calculated.
