Description
The technological part of the project was developed on the basis of the design task received from the personnel of Orazbaev N.
A cafeteria with 50 seats and a grocery store are located in a separate building along Zhambyl Avenue. The cafeteria works on raw materials. Storage of raw materials is provided in storerooms located on the 1st floor of the building and in the basement. Industrial refrigerators installed in the basement are provided for storage of perishable products. A refrigerator with a low temperature section is provided for storing meat. Dry and loose products are stored in the pantry on the 1st floor of the building, equipped with shelves and gifts. The grocery store is located on the 2nd floor of the building and consists of a trading hall with an area of 279.54 sq.m. and a staff room with an area of 12.78 sq.m. Storage rooms for storing the necessary stock of products are located in the basement.
