Description
Pavel Aleksandrovich's engine received in many respects unique high-altitude and speed characteristics. The aircraft with the D-30F6 can reach speeds of up to 1,500 km/h near the ground and up to 3,000 km/h at altitude. The engine has a modular design, which makes it easy to repair and maintain. Over the decades of operation, the D-30F6 has proven itself not only as a powerful, but also as an extremely reliable and cost-effective unit. Solovyov's aircraft engine allows the aircraft not only to reach high speeds, but also to carry out prolonged loitering in the air at subsonic speed for the purpose of patrolling or waiting.
