Reconstruction incomplete construction of the building under
Azalea Trading House
1. Perform lighting of the ventilation chamber at the level of 7,620.
2. Automate supply systems PV1, PV2, PV3, PV4 - refer to Annex Sheet
Supply power to control modules of supply systems PV1, PV2, PV3, PV4, as well as to electric motors of exhaust systems.
Provide signal transmission to the duty panel from control modules of supply systems PV1, PV2, PV3, PV4:
- start-stop + general;
- indication "operation";
- insurance;
- indication of "accident" sound and light signals.
Duty desk on the basement (for systems PV1, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9) - in the operator room;
duty desk for systems serving 1.2 floors - in the lobby of the first floor.
5. Control ventilation systems from the installation site and remotely from control panels on the basement and first floors.
6. Air curtain control is local.
Smoke protection of the building
1. In case of fire, all plenum ventilation systems are disconnected by fire alarm signal.
2. Fire-retardant valves (with electromagnetic starter) installed on transit and prefabricated floor air ducts of general ventilation systems are automatically closed.
Ventilation and air conditioning
Design parameters of outdoor air are accepted as per SNiP 23-01-99:
-year cold period:
tn = -39° С, J = 38.1kj/kg (parameters B), wind speed 5.5 m/s;
- Warm period of the year:
tn = + 24.1 ° C, J = 51.5 kj/kg (parameters A),
tn = + 27.5 ° С, J = 54.4 kj/kg (parameters B),
wind speed-1 m/s;
- average temperature of the heating period -7.3 ° С;
- duration of heating period 227 days;
- barometric pressure 975 Ha.

Ventilation and air conditioning
In the premises of the shopping center "Azalea" designed supply
ventilation with mechanical and natural motivation by PV1PV4, V5-V15, VE1VE6 systems.
Ventilation systems are provided separate for groups of rooms for various purposes and for floors. Air exchanges are accepted by heat losses and multiplicities and are summarized in Table.
The project provides for ventilation equipment of companies
Systemair, CLIVET, ARCTIC.
In order to maintain optimal air parameters in summer, air cooling in central air conditioners of PV2PV4 systems is designed in rooms 1 and 2 floors. For the supermarket in the summer, an additional exhaust system B5 is provided. During the transition and summer periods it is necessary to open the air valves located in the upper tier of the second floor for natural ventilation and cooling at night.
Air distribution in the rooms is adopted according to the "top up" scheme through ceiling and wall type air distributors.
The air ducts of the systems are made of galvanized steel, according to GOST 1491880 *. The thickness of the air ducts within the ventilation chambers and the mains of the plenum systems is 1.0mm. Plenum ducts of ventilation systems are insulated by plates URSA P600, b = 20mm from glass fiber with cover layer of aluminum foil.
To reduce noise, all ventilation units are installed on the vibration base and are connected to the ducts with flexible inserts, the systems are equipped with noise absorbers, the ducts within the ventilation chambers are soundproofed.
The building is equipped with 12 air-heat curtains with electric heating.
Smoke protection of the building
In case of fire, all ventilation and air conditioning systems are disconnected by
fire alarm signal. Fire retardant valves with solenoid starters are automatically closed.
Transit air ducts of ventilation systems are made with coating with fire-retardant enamel SAE5BM, thickness 1.2mm.
Smoke removal is provided through air valves installed in the second tier of the second floor. The estimated time of filling the premises with smoke is longer than the time of evacuation of people in the premises. Residual combustion products are eliminated by common exhaust ventilation systems.
