Volumetric planning solution

The designed Business Center in Ulyanovsk is a public building and has a total of 2276.8 square meters. m., the building is designed in a two-story volume. The height of the floor is designed: the auditorium is 7.2 m, the sports hall is 6 .6m, the lobby is 4m, the height of the remaining rooms is 3.3 m.

The building is equipped with hot and cold water supply, sewage, electrical lighting, central water heating , low-current electrical appliances, telephone communication and alarm.

The first floor of the building contains: a lobby, clothes, the foyer, bathrooms, the auditorium, a scene, wardrobe, make-up rooms, offices - the administrator and accounts departments, buffet and corridors, the gym, gym. On the second floor there are utility rooms, a cinema equipment room, offices of administrative staff, exhibition halls. The second floor is connected to the first floor by a two-march staircase.

Ventilation is designed for general exchange, supply and supply with mechanical and natural motive.

The size of the windows ensures the required illumination of the premises in daylight.

For visitors to the auditorium is provided: cafe, locker room, toilet. Which are located on the 1st floor of the designed building.

In the Auditorium room there are 4 entrances and 2 emergency exits, each of which has its own functional purpose. On the left there are two entrances, which are intended for visitors. On the left there are two emergency exits. In front, two entrances are intended for artists.

Lobby - designed to receive visitors, serves as a place of accumulation of spectators in front of the film session

Service rooms - wardrobes, stairs, corridors, toilets serve to receive spectators and distribute them to the building.

Wardrobe - the space behind the barrier where the hangers are located, contacts directly with the lobby.

Stairs - located in accordance with the requirements of operation and fire safety.

Corridors - serve for the movement of visitors and maintenance personnel around the building.

Foyer - used to serve visitors to the auditorium and to conduct club work. Particular expressiveness of the foyer is given by rows of columns that support reinforced concrete slabs of the floor. Exhibitions, evenings, lectures, banquets, dance circles, etc. are arranged in the lobby.

The auditorium has a type A stage, with a number of seats for 350 people.

Scene type A. Scene type A has a height that allows you to raise light scenery, folded twice, and in an unfolded form of a movie screen. For convenience of maintenance, such a scene has grates and working bridges on top.

Architectural acoustics of the hall

6.1.Structural solutions

The designed frame-type building is made in the form of a multi-tiered spatial system consisting of columns and interstage floors. The supporting elements are columns, girders and floors, and the role of the enclosing elements is played by wall panels, which ensures the proper stability and rigidity of the building, which is considered as a spatially working structure consisting of a system of closed rigid boxes that receive vertical and horizontal loads.

6.2. Bases

Foundations - columnar. The size of the base of the external foundations is 2700x2700 mm, the internal - 2500x2500 mm and 1800x1800. Monolithic sections are provided in axes D-E and 5.6 for support of columns. In axes 1 and 3 along the axis D there are two railway beams of grade 4FB60 with a length of 6 m.

6.3. Walls

External walls are made in the form of three-layer reinforced concrete panels 400 mm thick on flexible bonds. Inner layer 200 mm thick, outer layer 100mm. Insulation is designed with thickness of 100 mm from pouring polyplast. To prevent humidification of the insulation, it is wrapped on 2 sides with polyethylene film or pergamine. Wall basement panels are made of M100 reinforced concrete. Air and heat insulation of joints is solved by means of joint adhesive from inside with roll waterproofing material and installation of inserts from effective insulators. External wall panels have a horizontally closed joint, since the building is designed in the IB climatic area. Corrugation is provided on the inner zone of the vertical butt faces of the outer wall panels and on the vertical butt faces of the inner wall panels. Thanks to him, after zoning, a concrete keyway structure of the joint is formed.

Internal wall panels with a thickness of 250 mm, partitions - 120 mm.

The structure of the building provides slabs with a thickness of 220 mm from heavy concrete, for high noise insulation without the use of additional means. Slabs are laid along the contour on cement-dried mortar with thickness of 10 mm. Plates are fixed to each other by anchors.

6.6. Floors .

The dimensions of the elevator shaft are 1240x2540 mm, the wall thickness is 100 mm.

6.8. Roof

The construction site is located in the central district of the city, inside a residential microdistrict. The area from the development is free, the utility networks located on the site are subject to removal.

In horizontal and vertical terms, the planting of the designed building was decided taking into account the existing development. This section includes: a sewage and heat supply network, a telephone line and an underground electric cable line.

The location and orientation of the building on the site is performed in compliance with the requirements of SNiP 2.07.0189 * "Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements "to the orientation and insolation of premises. The main facade of the building is oriented towards ul. Lenin, the main entrance is decided from ul. Lenin.

Paving of driveways and platforms is accepted as asphalt concrete, paving of sidewalks - paving tiles. The driveways are designed with a width of 4.9-7.0 m and have a two-layer asphalt concrete pavement of the road type according to GOST 912897 on the basis of crushed stone GOST 8269.097 with deep impregnation with bitumen emulsion GOST 1865981. Concrete road curb BR 100.30.15 GOST 666591 is used as restrictors of asphalt concrete pavement of driveways and car parking lots, concrete curb of paving type BR 100.20.8 GOST 666591 is installed to limit asphalt concrete pavement of sidewalks. Designed driveways and entrances to the building provide normal transport services for the designed facility, including garbage removal, as well as the passage of fire engines in accordance with the requirements of SniP 2.07.0189.

Landscaping is carried out in place by dense group planting of 4-5 different species of trees and shrubs to create decorative compositions from wood-shrub groups with different foliage color in different periods of the year. Plant breeds were selected in accordance with the "Recommendations of the assortment of shrubs and their placement in the regions of the Far North" developed by the Panfilov Academy of Public Utilities. Planting of trees, shrubs and flower crops is carried out under the guidance and with the participation of the Okhotsk Green Farm Plant MP in accordance with the Recommendations for landscaping of cities and populated areas of the Khabarovsk Territory (DalNIILH).

Exterior and interior finishes

The exterior of the building is mainly determined by the style of its exterior decoration. The design provides for the finishing of external walls in the form of decorative plaster with a thickness of 20 mm from cement sand mortar prepared on the basis of hydrophobic cement of grade 500 in proportions of 1:2, this allows you to resort less to re-plastering the facade of the building during operation and allows you to protect the masonry from atmospheric effects and freezing capillary moisture in it. Decorative plaster is covered with a layer of light green whitewash.

Windows and external doors of the building are painted with water repellent enamel. Finishing the surface of the inner walls and partitions consists in their plastering with cement sand mortar with a layer 20 mm thick. In the bathroom, the surface of the walls, like the floors, is finished with ceramic tiles. It serves as a waterproofing of the walls required due to the high humidity in this room, and is easily washed, which allows you to observe the hygiene of the bathroom.

The auditorium uses suspended ceilings. Interior decoration determines the interior of the building and can be made in various styles, depending on the customer's desire.
