1. Basis for development of detailed documentation

This working documentation for the automatic modular installation of powder fire extinguishing in office and warehouse premises located on the territory of ___ at the address: ___ is made on the basis of the Technical Specification for the design of the powder fire extinguishing system, architectural and construction drawings submitted by the Customer and developed in accordance with the regulatory documents:

- GOST 12.1.00491 Fire safety. General requirements;

- GOST 12.4.00983 * Fire equipment for protection of objects. Main species. Accommodation and maintenance;

- GOST 21.40688 Wired communication means. Schematic symbols on diagrams and plans;

- Federal Law of July 22, 2008 No. 123FZ "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements";

- SP 5.13130.2009 "Code of Rules. Fire protection systems. Fire alarm and fire extinguishing units are automatic. Design Codes and Regulations ";

- RD 2595390 Automatic fire extinguishing, fire, security and fire alarm systems. Symbols and schematic graphic elements of systems;

- SNiP 110195 Instruction on Procedure for Development of Approval Approval and Composition of Design Documentation for Construction of Buildings and Structures Enterprises.

2. Brief description of protected premises

Customer premises are located in a 2-storey warehouse and office building. Structural structures (walls, floors) not burnt out of precast reinforced concrete. The height of the rooms is up to 2.5 m. Rooms with a stay of more than 50 people are absent.

Heating is central. Operating temperature limits from + 16 to + 30 ° С. Relative air humidity is up to 70% at 17 OS. Dust, vibration, aggressive media are absent. Electromagnetic fields do not exceed the level established by GOST 2351179.

In accordance with SP5.13130.2009, Appendix "A" (mandatory), for effective fire protection of warehouses and offices, the project provides for the automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing (AUPT).

6. Power supply and earthing

According to PUE, automatic fire extinguishing plants in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as electrical receivers of category 1.

Power supply of automatic fire extinguishing plants is carried out from two independent sources: AC source ~ 220V with a frequency of 50Hz (main input) and from the battery (backup power supply). When the main input voltage disappears, the equipment used provides automatic switching of power supply from the main source to the standby one, without false signals to external circuits.

To ensure the safety of people, all electrical equipment must be reliably grounded in accordance with PUE requirements. Installation of grounding devices should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of "Electrical devices" - SNiP 3.05.06.85. The resistance of the grounding device used to ground the electrical equipment shall not exceed 4 ohms.

Metal structures of the building, which are in contact with the ground, laid in the ground can be used as natural grounding electrodes. In the circuit of grounding and zero protective conductors there shall be no disconnecting devices and fuses. Grounding conductors are laid directly along the walls. Grounding conductors shall be laid in places of passage through walls and floors, as a rule, with their direct sealing. Conductors shall not have connections or branches at these locations.

Connection of grounding and zero protective conductors to parts of electrical equipment shall be made by welding or bolting.
