Additional information

General provisions.

This standard technical solution is made for automation of smoke-free residential part of the building and includes sections: automatic fire alarm system, EPSS, automation of smoke protection systems and automation of fire water supply system. The technical solution was completed in the scope of the "Working Project" for facilities in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

During development, a comprehensive approach is provided with the condition of interaction of all systems implementing fire protection of the building, taking into account the necessary operational reliability in Russian operating conditions. Conditions for further development are provided taking into account modifications and possible changes in the operation of the building with a decrease in metal consumption and labor intensity of cable products.

The necessary conditions for subsequent fire insurance of apartments are provided.

The proposed solution is the result of an analysis of previously completed projects for construction in Moscow. The division of responsibility for equipment by building engineering systems is taken into account, and also plays a positive role in the regulation of relations between the developer, the design organization and subcontractors.

Main Design Solutions

The adopted technical solution is based on an integrated approach to fire protection of the residential part of the building .

Fire protection of the residential part of the building is built on the basis of the Unitronik targeted analogue system. Automatic fire alarm provides early fire detection in apartments, in out-of-apartment corridors, in elevator halls, in the garbage collection chamber and sends address signals to the systems: alerts and evacuation control, smoke removal and other engineering systems that ensure the safe presence of people in the building in emergency and extreme situations.

In each room of apartments, autonomous smoke fire detectors IP 21243M are installed according to NPB 66, taking into account the closure of the area by one detector of no more than 20m2, in the design on floor plans the detectors are not shown, they are taken into account in the specification.

The residential part of the building is equipped with automatic fire alarm:

- public places (MOS) - elevator halls, out-of-apartment corridors - smoke fire detectors IP 21249AM (ONE HOUSE);

- front apartments - heat fire detectors IP 1035/2A1YU and manual fire detector IPR-I (address for 2 apartments);

- by escape routes in the PC box - IPR-I address manual fire detectors for switching on the smoke removal system;

- installation of ISP UOS2k on fire cranes (addressing of storey fire cranes);

- concierge room - smoke fire detectors IP 21249AM;

- garbage collection chamber - smoke fire detectors IP 21249AM;

- electrical panel in the 1st section - smoke fire detectors IP 21249AM;

- on the ground floor there are light-and-sound fire alerts "KOP -25 С" FIRE ";

- AC24 sound fire annunciators are located on each floor.

Detectors designed for automatic actuation of fire-fighting automation are located at a distance not exceeding half of the normative one, determined according to Tables 5-8 of NPB 882001 *, paragraph 13.1.13.3.

Signal for actuation of "FIRE2" automatics is generated in the following cases:

Automatically:

- actuation of at least two automatic fire detectors in the front apartment;

- actuation of at least two automatic fire detectors in out-of-apartment corridors or elevator halls (except for the 1st floor);

- actuation of at least two automatic fire detectors in the concierge room (if a remote control is provided from the first floor);

Remotely:

- actuation of manual fire detector in the fire crane cabinet on each floor;

- actuation of the manual fire detector installed in the entrance hall of the apartment;

- remotely from the device.

When the signal "Fire 2" is received, the SCP generates address control signals to the fire automation control system (using pre-programmed logic) due to the control modules and relay of the device, namely:

• actuation of warning and evacuation systems in case of fire through LRA-U OP;

• lowering of elevators to the first landing floor through MA-U 4;

• actuation of smoke removal systems (opening of smoke removal valves through MA-U on the fire floor, actuation of smoke removal fans through MA-U 4);

• actuation of air overpressure systems through MA-U 4 (actuation of air overpressure in elevator shafts must be performed after lowering of elevators to the first landing floor);

• signal "Fire" on the UDF from relay No. 1 of the device;

• signal "Fire" on the PCP from relay No. 3 of the device;

• signal for release of electrical locks of evacuation outputs via MA-U.

When smoke removal and air overpressure systems are switched on, a signal is transmitted to the ODS to start automation in a certain section;

Generation of signal for fire-fighting water supply pump start is output at opening of floor fire valve automatically from ISP UOS2k and from pressure switch sensor installed at the highest point of fire-fighting water supply.

When automatic detectors are triggered on different floors, automation is not activated.

Equipment used and justification

The project provides for the use of the Russian certified address-to-analogue fire alarm and control system Unitronik (hereinafter the Unitronik system). The equipment has been mass-produced since 1999. Moscow Unitest CJSC (SSPB.RU.UP001.V04672 and ROSS.RU.BB02.N02684). Validity of certificates till 30.06.2008.

The Unitronik system is a multiprocessor, highly intelligent, targeted fire alarm and control system that protects medium and large facilities, and is easily integrated into comprehensive life support systems.

In addition to fire and security functions, the system provides monitoring of the serviceability and condition of engineering systems, dispatching functions.

One Unitronik receiver/monitor serves up to 128 sites (groups) with up to 384 address devices placed at random.

A continuous dynamic survey of the condition of all devices allows you to detect a fire at an early stage and with an accurate indication of the location of the fire.

The latest generation of Unitronik microprocessors has enabled the creation of a sufficiently advanced and at the same time easily accessible three-level control system and a two-level system for real addressing of protected premises/objects. All events are reported to the control panel with the real name of the room, for example: "1 section 5th floor," "2 section 8th floor," and the name of the address device: Apartment No. 17, Apartment No. 367, Open KDU 6 Floor 1 section.

The system is simple to operate, contains a minimum number of keys and does not require highly specialized training of operators .

The system is simple and economical in terms of installation and further maintenance due to the submenus with prompts and requests.

The "Unitronik 496" receiver-control device belongs to the class of address-analog receiver-control devices (hereinafter referred to as PKP) and works with address-analog detectors, address devices further (AU) in various modifications .

The device (SCP) provides:

• Collection and processing of fire information, faults from address fire detectors, as well as faults of alarm loops and other devices included in the alarm system and engineering equipment.

• Alerting the duty personnel about the events, by issuing text, light and sound messages, to the built-in four-line display, other means of warning, with all messages (up to 1780) stored in the non-volatile memory of the device, with the ability to print out the events when the insured event occurs.

• Output of address signals for control of non-smoking devices, warning, control of other engineering systems ensuring safety of the residential part of the building.

The Unitronik 496 device (single-body version) includes:

- control panel built into the device cover (four-line liquid crystal (hereinafter LCD) display, keyboard, LED annunciator, piezoceramic speaker);

- motherboard with control relays, terminals and connectors, cable for battery connection;

The device operation software and the "Administrator" control key are included with the device.

The space for accumulator 12B, 7ach, by 1 piece is provided in the case of the device (with a fixer). On the cover of the device there is a lock, on the opening of the cover and a reader for the keys "Touch Memory."

Remote control panel "Unitronik 496P" is made in a separate steel housing, in the same configuration as in the device.

The device is installed in the concierge room of the first section, the remote control panel (hereinafter referred to as STP) is installed in the concierge room of the second section. Two UTP (5Cat) cables connect the gun assembly to the device. The cable is laid between sections in refer to JI ( underground in a plastic pipe.

4 information lines are connected to the device. The first and second information lines are laid in the first section, the 3rd and 4th are laid in the second section.

To improve reliability, information lines are made by a ring, twisted pair cable UTP1 (5Cat). The total length of the ring line does not exceed 1000 m. Up to 96 address devices are connected to each data line. During the design, there is a margin for connecting the AP to the line of at least 20% for changing and expanding the structure of the object.

Polling of all address devices and MA-U is performed by PCP every 8 seconds sequentially. Upon receipt of information from AP and MA-U, SCP reboot (five times) in 0.1 ms. When confirming the information, the SCP works out the fire control algorithm of the installation organization.

MA-7TK address mark

MA-7TK address fire protection mark is intended for addressing fire notifications from fire detectors with normally closed contact output. It monitors the alarm loop (SB) for a break and short circuit, provides the possibility of issuing separate signals "Fire1" and "Fire2" when one or two automatic fire detectors and "Fire2" signal are triggered, respectively.

The address mark is powered by an information line.

Address labels shall be installed in the low-current riser, their connection to the information line and connection of the fire loop shall be made according to the electrical diagram.

MA-7TS address mark

Address mark is intended for addressing fire and malfunction notifications from fire detectors with current output. It controls the alarm loop for a break and short circuit, when the "Fire" signal is canceled on the SCP, it provides automatic alarm release and restoration of normal operation of fire detectors.

The address mark provides the possibility of issuing separate signals "Fire1" and "Fire2" when one or two automatic fire detectors and "Fire2" signal are triggered, respectively.

Address mark is supplied from uninterruptible power supply unit BRP 24/5 for current fire detectors.

Address marks should be installed in a low-current riser, they should be connected to the information line, power line and fire loop according to the electrical diagram.

MA-U control address module.

Address control modules (MA-U) are used to control the fire-fighting automation system and monitor the implementation of the devices activation. Control modules are installed on each floor to output a floor signal to the CDU. On the ground floor to issue commands to the ODS, start fire pumps, release electrical locks of evacuation exits;

AI-U performs the following functions:

• receives commands via the information line from the SCP;

• monitors the condition of the smoke removal valve;

• relay outputs constant or pulse signal (jumper setting) of actuating device starting by means of switching contacts;

• generates delay of relay operation from 15 to 90 sec with 5 sec increments;

• monitors the serviceability of the control circuit and the availability of the voltage required to start the actuator;

• issue notifications about the device activation via the information line to the SCP with indication of its exact address;

The module does not require a separate power line.

The MA-U shall be placed according to the layout diagrams, the location is specified during installation.

MA-U4 control address module

The addressing module of the control MCP4 is designed to generate four independent control start signals.

The module has four relay outputs (switching contacts), which are actuated sequentially with an interval of 0 90 s according to the general command of the device. The module monitors the supply voltage of 12220V controlled devices and monitors the serviceability of the control circuit (when connected to normally closed relay contacts ).

The module is powered from the Unitronik information line.

Module includes microprocessor with individual address code recorded in nonvolatile memory. Relays 1,2,3 and 4 modules are connected in series by command of the control and receiving device. The delay in switching on relays 2.3 and 4 is determined by the installation of their respective variable resistors. In this case, the delay time for each relay begins after the previous one is turned on. Thus, the maximum delay in switching on all relays is 360 seconds.

When the relay is turned on, the red optical indicator is turned on in flashing mode. The relay is switched off when the fire alarm on the SCP is cancelled.

Failure of control module or circuits is indicated by flashing of yellow optical indicator. Control circuit monitoring for each relay is enabled by removing the corresponding jumper.

Smoke fire detector IP 21249AM with addressing from MA-7TS

Smoke fire detector IP 21249AM with serviceability confirmation and analogue measurement principle is designed to detect fire accompanied by smoke. When activated, the detector turns on the built-in optical indicator, and the address mark transmits the signal "Fire1" in the place with its address to the SCP. At actuation of the second detector on this SB, the address mark outputs the signal "Fire2." In case of failure of loop or detector, MAP7TS sends notification "FAULT" and its address to SCP.

Announcers are connected to an address tag of MA7TC by the KSPV 2h0.5 cable.

The detectors shall be installed according to the location plan, and the places of installation shall be clarified in place. Attach fire detectors in accordance with the requirements of technical documentation for this detector .
