Technical description of the drive
Developed product of individual production "Electromechanical drive gearbox." In accordance with the specification, the rotation speed of the drive shaft of the machine is 25 rpm, and the operating torque is 750 N * m, the rotation of the drive shaft is reversible. The nature of the load with which the drive works: the variable is calm. Loading mode: variable calm. Maximum load due to surmountable overloads Tmach/T = 1.5.
Gearbox Assembly Order
Prior to assembly, inner cavity of housing is thoroughly cleaned and covered with oil-resistant paint. Further, roller conical bearings are put on the worm, preheated in oil to 80... 100 degrees. The assembled worm is inserted into the housing. Then worm wheel is assembled, first key is laid and wheel is pressed until stop against shaft collar; Then spacer bushing is put on and roller conical bearings heated in oil are installed. Assembled shaft is laid in base of body and cover of body is put on. To adjust the worm engagement, it is necessary to shift the entire set of the shaft with the worm wheel in the axial direction until the plane of the wheel coincides with the axis of the worm. This is achieved by transferring a part of the gaskets from one side of the body to another.
Housing is tightened with bolts M12, and side covers of bearings are tightened with bolts M10, after installed collars and plastic lubricating material (Litol24) in bearing units. The parting plane is covered with a thin layer of UT34 sealant.
I-T-S-320 oil is poured through the hole in the cover.
Drive Maintenance
After the first 150 hours of operation in the gear box, replace the oil, check the engagement. Oil is drained through the drain hole in the reduction gear box. Once a season, oil is changed in the reducer. The cleanliness of the drive and the ambient temperature of the gearbox shall be monitored from + 10 ° to + 30 ° C. Drive service life with proper operation and proper maintenance L = 0.5 * 104 hours.
