3.1. Characteristics of the area and construction site.

The designed building of a residential building is located in the str. Yegorlyk Rostov region.

The surface relief of the site is relatively flat, calm with a common slope in the south-west direction.

According to SNiP 230199 * "Construction climatology," the construction site belongs to the III climatic area.

The average temperature of the coldest five-day period is 25 ° C.

According to SNiP 2.01.0785 * "Loads and Impacts":

Standard value of wind pressure for III district -0.38 kPa

Design value of snow cover weight for the II area - 1.2 kPa

Maximum depth of seasonal freezing of soils - 1.07 m

The building responsibility class is II as per GOST 2775188.

3.2. Geotechnical conditions of construction site

The technical report on engineering and geological surveys was completed by Rostovgiproshakht LLC for the working project: "Design of a residential building for citizens in need of social housing, relocated from dilapidated housing in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 13.07.2005 No. 428, public sector employees (Yegorlyksky district, 18 sq. residential).

As a result of the analysis of spatial variability of partial soil properties determined by laboratory and field methods taking into account data on geological structure and lithological features of soils in the field of influence of existing structures, two engineering and geological elements (EGE) were identified. According to engineering and geological surveys, the foundation base is the IGE1 layer - heavy loam, dusty, solid, subsidence, unsalted with the following characteristics:

- soil density ph = 2.69 g/cm3, p II = 2.69 g/cm3;

- angle of internal friction,, is 15 °, is 14.5 °;

- specific adhesion Cn = 15 kPa, C II = 14.2 kPa;

- strain modulus E II = 19.4 MPa at Sr > 0.8, E II = 5.9 MPa at Sr > 0.8.

The IGE2 layer is a loam of light, dusty, refractory, non-sedimentary, unsalted with the following characteristics:

- soil density ph = 2.69 g/cm3, p II = 2.69 g/cm3;

- angle of internal friction,, is 22 °, is 21.4 °;

- specific adhesion Cn = 25 kPa, C II = 23.7 kPa;

- strain modulus E II = 13.4 MPa at Sr > 0.8.

3.3. Special conditions

Seismicity of the construction site, according to SNiP II781 * "Construction in seismic areas" - 6 points.

3.4. Architectural Brief and Justification

building solutions

Architectural and construction decisions in the working design are made on the basis of:

Resolution No. 99 of 14.03.2006;

Architectural and planning assignment No. 12006 dated 24.03.2006 for the development of the design of an apartment building approved by the architect of the Yegorlyk district I.V. Luzgarevym.

The building is 2-story, 3-section complex rectangular in plan. The size of the building in the plan is 58.80x14.99 m. The height of residential floors is 3,000 m, the technical underground is 1,920 m, the technical floor is absent.

The external walls of the building are made of lightweight brickwork according to the 2.1308 series, the type of masonry is A64. Composition of the outer wall structure:

- lining - full-white facing brick as per GOST 53095 120 mm;

- insulation - mineral wool slabs P 175 as per GOST 9573 130 mm;

- brickwork - full brick as per GOST 53095 380 mm.

Partitions are made of brickwork, of gypsum slabs, of slag-concrete blocks.

The roof is flat, ventilated combined. On the upper layer of insulation there are plates OLK30UPO of the company ISOVER with grooves 15x15mm, pitch 10mm, on the lower side of the plate, which form row ventilation channels. Air from the manifolds is discharged to the atmosphere through ventilation pipes with a diameter of 110 mm.

Access to the roof is carried out through the metal fire ladder Lp 1.

Floors - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs.

Lintels - prefabricated reinforced concrete bars.

Staircase marches - prefabricated reinforced concrete.

Windows - wooden according to GOST 112142003.

Doors - wooden as per GOST 2469881 and GOST 662988, fire fighting as per series 1.2365, v.1.

Floors - linoleum, ceramic tiles, concrete and cement sand. The floor of the first floor is insulated with mineral wool slabs P 175 GOST 957396 b = 220 mm.

In the basement there is a storeroom of harvesting equipment. The basement floor has exits directly outside, not connected to exits from the first floor.

On the first floor there are rooms of the entrance group, exits of staircases. The entrances to the entrances of the building are oriented to the courtyard territory. On each floor there are three apartments. All apartments have premises (living rooms, bedrooms), kitchens, the separate and combined bathrooms, halls. In the apartments located on the second floor, balconies are designed. The time of solar insulation of residential premises meets the regulatory requirements. The electric panel room is located on the first floor in the axes "4" "5."

In the exterior decoration, red brick facing masonry and gray insert (OJSC Glubokinsky Silicate Brick Plant) were used. The basement is plastered with cement sand mortar along a metal mesh.

3.5. Brief description and justification of design solutions.

Design decisions in the working design are made in accordance with the design assignment.

Design decisions were made out of the need to ensure the unity of construction solutions, reduce material consumption, labor intensity and construction cost.

The building is brick with a technical underground, designed on a monolithic foundation ribbon, the bottom of the tape at el. – 2.900 m. The elevation of the bottom of the monolithic foundation slab corresponds to an absolute elevation of 97.250.

Basement walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks, floors - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs.

4.5. Measures to protect construction structures

In order to protect building structures from corrosion, the following anti-corrosion measures are provided:

foundations are coated with hot bitumen in 2 times;

metal elements are covered with pentaphthalic enamel as per SniP 2.03.1185 "Protection of building structures against corrosion. Design Standards. " Coating composition: soil GF021 as per GOST 2112982 - 1 layer; PF115 enamel as per GOST 646576 - 2 layers.

Volumetric and planning decisions of the building made in the working design meet the requirements of:

The fire resistance of the building is II.

Functional fire hazard class - F-1.3

Structural fire hazard class - CO.

The opening of the doors on the escape routes is provided towards the exit from the building. Evacuation from the building is provided by stairwells.

Fire ladder Lp1 located along axis "1" in axes "B" - "D." is provided to get to the roof of the building.

A lightning protection net is laid on the roof, connected by current leads to the external contour of the building in accordance with the "Instruction on lightning protection of buildings, structures and industrial communications" SO15334.21.1222003.

Metal beams are protected by a layer of plaster made of cement-sandwich raspberry along a metal grid. Rooms are finished from hard-to-burn materials.

Around the building there is a passage 6.0 m wide for fire engines at a distance of 5.0 m from the building.

4.7. Measures to ensure conditions
