Design solutions.

2.1. Structural diagram.

The structural diagram of the building is arceless with transverse bearing walls .

2.2. Foundations.

The design provides for a ribbon monolithic foundation. The elevation of the bottom of the foundation floor is accepted as 2.4 m. Under the foundation reinforced concrete cushions, a concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm was designed. A pavement with a width of 1.0 m is installed along the perimeter of the building.

2.3. Walls.

External walls brick complex structure, thickness 380mm with insulation located outside. Insulation - "PLASTER BUTTS" 80 mm thick, is attached to the brick wall with adhesive composition for gluing heat insulation, then plastered with an improved plaster composition 20 mm thick. Reinforcement of the plaster layer is carried out with steel one-piece galvanized fabric mesh according to GOST 271575 with a cell size of 20 mm and a wire diameter of 1-1.6 mm. The grid is fixed on Hilty HPSI dowels.

The reference of the external structural walls is 130 mm. Self-bearing zero reference. The internal walls are brick 380 mm thick, the reference is central.

2.4. Partitions.

Brick partitions 120 mm and 65 mm thick.

2.5. Jumpers.

The design provides for monolithic jumpers.

2.6. Overlap.

Floor panels are multipost in the 1.141.1 series. Supporting panels on bearing walls - 120 mm.

2.7. Roof.

The project provides for a pitched, wooden roof with a cold ventilated attic and an unorganized external drain. Roofing - asbestos cement wavy sheets along a wooden grating.

2.8. Stairs.

Precast reinforced concrete marches and platforms according to the series 1.151.1-7 and 1.152.1-8.

2.9. Doors.

The external doors are wooden, with swing blind canvases. Door panels according to the 1.1351 series. Doors to living rooms - blind shield, doors to kitchens - glazed, to bathrooms - blind in the 1.13510 series.

Balcony doors - glazed, with separate bindings according to the series 1.136.516.

2.10. Windows.

The design provides for wooden windows, with paired bindings of the 1.136.516 series.

Aeration of rooms is performed through opening windows and doors of bindings.

2.11. Floors.

In residential rooms - parquet; in hallways, in kitchens, in bathrooms, bathrooms and on loggias - made of ceramic tiles; in the technical subpole - cement.

4. Decoration of the building.

4.1. Exterior decoration.

Improved plaster, trellis, color with water-emulsion facade colors of walls with the addition of color. Finish the basement with improved plaster.

4.2. Interior decoration.

Walls and partitions are plastered, seams are masted, walls and ceilings are baked, in the hallway and rooms the walls are glued with wallpaper, in the kitchens - coloring with water-emulsion paints with coloring. In bathrooms and bathrooms - glazed tiles to the entire height of the room. Ceilings in all rooms are painted with water emulsion paint.
