Introduction

The diploma project is dedicated to the development of an apartment panel 17-story residential building in the city of Kozmodemyansk .

The construction of residential apartment buildings will always have great demand for large cities and will always be relevant. In different years, there was a different task in the construction of housing. Initially, the compaction of apartments (communal apartments, dormitories) was carried out, due to a lack of housing and a large number of people. Then "Khrushchev" appeared, which, despite the inconvenience of the layout, significantly improved the living conditions of people, since each family received a separate apartment. These apartments were small, characterized by small areas of kitchens, combined nodes, adjacent rooms, simple apartment layout and poor noise insulation. But the main goal for the construction of houses is and will remain to improve the living conditions of people. Traditionally, there are typical houses and houses built according to an individual project.

Then they gradually began to move to houses of improved layout. Currently, there is a typical house building, individual design of elite houses and business-class houses..

The residential building, developed in the diploma project, belongs to the category of elite buildings with an improved layout, large areas, using the first floor for rent (offices, retail premises, household services), which caters to the infrastructure of the microdistrict .

The degree project consists of the following parts: architectural, design and construction, foundation and foundations, labor protection, organizational, technological and economic.

1.1 Plot plan of the development site.

The designed 17-story residential building is located in the area of ​ ​ the city of Kozmodemyansk. The boundaries of the site: from the north - residential buildings, from the east - residential buildings, from the south - Oktyabrskayay St.

The building binding is made taking into account the existing development and taking into account the features of the terrain. Fire passage is provided on both sides.

Landscaping near the house, designed taking into account existing residential buildings. Platforms for children's games, economic purposes, adult recreation, and sites for physical education with small forms of architecture were designed. It is planned to plant trees, shrubs, lawns with sowing of grasses are arranged.

The parking lot is located on the territory near the house. Communication networks - underground passages from state collectors.

1. 2 Functional process in the designed building.

In this project, a 17-story multi-apartment residential building for 96 apartments is being developed. Which includes:

1st floor - non-residential, designed for rental of premises. On the ground floor there are three offices with a total area of ​ ​ 213.16 m2 with a separate entrance from the facade of the building in axes 7-8 and a spare exit in axes 1012. There is also an entrance lobby to the residential part of the house in axes 5-6. In addition, on the ground floor there are: a garbage camera, an electric shield, a stroller, a watch room and a bathroom for it.

2-17 floors - typical, on each floor there are 6 apartments of them:

One-bedroom apartment (General = 48.90m2; Living = 20.45 m2)

Two-bedroom apartment (Stl. = 71.21m2; Sgil. = 37.68 m2)

Three-bedroom apartment (Stl. = 84.15m2; Living = 43.17 m2)

Attic - in the attic there is a technical floor.

The house provides for:

• Cold and hot water supply

• Electricity

• Ventilation

• Central heating

• Electric stoves

The project provides for two elevators with a lifting capacity of 500 and 400 kg, having stops on 117 floors, there is an unnamed staircase of type 1 with a transition to the elevator hall through the air zone, along which access to all floors is provided. All apartments have loggia.

1.3 Characteristics of the selected ERP variant of the building.

1.3.1 Spatial composition and internal structure of the building.

The architecture of the complex was decided taking into account the placement of a residential building among the buildings in Tula.

The building is limited to:

- from the north - a residential building;

- from the east - street;

- from the west - the territory of the enterprise;

The architectural and planning solution provides for convenient pedestrian approaches to the entrances to the building and the use of small architectural forms - benches, urns, lights, planned signs, watering bowls, garbage containers.

The internal structure of the building is typical with a location on each floor of 6 apartments, except for the first floor - office space is located on it.

1.3.2. Main functional units and the connection between them.

Space planning solutions are based on the use of an improved layout scheme, maximum use of area, building volumes and existing terrain.

The building consists of several functional areas: kitchens, rooms (bedrooms, living rooms), su, corridors.

The designed building is rectangular in plan with dimensions in axes: 33.0 × 18.0 m. Floor height 2 .8 m.

On the ground floor there are offices, a stroller, a watch room and a bathroom for it.

Communication between floors is carried out by elevators that stop on each floor and stairs.

1.4 Structural system, structural diagram and building system of the building.

The structural system of the building is arceless.

Structural diagram - wall with bearing transverse and longitudinal internal wall panels.

Construction system - panel, prefabricated railway.

Spatial rigidity and stability are ensured by the joint operation of unchanged hard floor disks by a system of internal wall panels.

1.5 Selection of structural and enclosing structures.

Foundations - driven piles according to GOST 1980491 reinforced concrete, solid square section 300x300mm with non-stressed reinforcement, concrete of W4 grade in terms of waterproofness. The length of the piles is accepted as 8.0 m. Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete pedestal made of concrete of class B25 with a thickness of 600mm, frost resistance of at least F100 for preparation from concrete of class B7.5 with a thickness of 80mm.

External walls - three-layer panels with a thickness of 400mm and 350mm with insulation from polystyrene foam according to GOST 1558870 * with a thickness of 150mm and enclosing layers made of reinforced concrete. Connection of layers - on flexible metal bonds made of corrosion-resistant steel.

Internal wall panels - flat solid reinforced concrete, thickness 160mm, concrete of class B30. Intra-apartment partitions - structural erection from phosphogypsum small-sized panels with a thickness of 80 mm TU 21361283.

Slabs - solid reinforced concrete 160 mm thick, concrete class B35.

Stairways - reinforced concrete from concrete of class B25.

Staircases - reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with a thickness of 200mm from concrete of class B25.

The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint operation of unchanged hard floor disks with a cross-system of load-bearing internal wall panels.

Coating and roofing.

The coating is attic with a warm attic. In the attic is a tech. floor. Paving slabs are solid reinforced concrete. Roof slopes are created by filling with expanded clay gravel. Drainage from the roof - internal through funnels with a diameter of 100 mm. The number is taken on the basis of S catchment of 594 m2 we take 2 funnels.

Composition of roll roof:

- 3-layer carpet from "Technoelast" brand KhPP 3.0;

- cement-sand bracing (armies);

- clay on slope from 30180;

- lightning-receiving mesh-steel wire with diameter of 8mm, with cell pitch of 10x10m

- cement-sand bracing (armor);

- Heat insulation layer - slabs of polystyrene foam of PSBs 5 grade with thickness of 150mm as per GOST 15588-86

- Vaporisolaciaruberoid;

- Reinforced concrete slab.

1.6 Provision of required microclimate parameters in rooms. Ventilation, lighting systems, protection measures against internal and external noise.

The source of the heating and heat supply system of the building is from the existing urban heating networks. The city provides for a centralized hot water supply system with circulation of highways and risers.

Provision of cold water for a residential building is provided from external water supply networks.

The ventilation of the building is accepted plenum-exhaust with natural motivation, taking into account the unorganized supply of outdoor air to the living quarters and the organized removal of exhaust air from the kitchen and bathroom rooms. The residential building is equipped with a sewage system with drainage to the intra-quarter sewage network.

For the removal of rain and meltwater from the roof, an internal drain is designed with the discharge of effluents into the drainage network.

The lighting is natural through windows, and artificial with the help of lamps.

It is provided to connect the house to the city gas and electric network, with a voltage of 380/220V, electricity metering devices for each apartment are installed in the floor boards.

The house has a garbage duct located at the elevators with intake valves on each floor and a garbage chamber on the ground floor.

As noise protection measures, the project provides for the installation of wooden windows of a separate structure with triple glazing, heat and noise protection with a noise protection valve, and a landscaping project has been developed. The landscaping project provides for the planting of green spaces, trees and shrubs that act as a screen.

Operation of engineering equipment of residential buildings, technological equipment of public premises does not exceed the maximum permissible noise and vibration levels in residential premises.
