WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE.

Residential buildings

General Instructions

Drawings of * VK * grade are developed on the basis of * AS * grade drawings, design tasks and current regulatory documents SNiP RK 4.01-41-2006, SNiP RK 3.02-38-2006 .

The following systems are designed in the building:

- economic and drinking water supply system

- fire-fighting water supply

-flammable water supply

- farm-domestic sewerage system

- storm sewage system.

Water supply of domestic drinking water

The water supply of the building was decided from the external designed water supply network.

The project provides for separate drinking and fire protection networks of the water supply system.

According to Technical Specifications No., issued by GP "Su Arnasy,"

guaranteed head in the external network is 10 m. The project provides for the installation of a booster pump unit for the Hydro Multi-E 3 CRIE 3-8 (2rab., 1reserver), Q = 6, 84m3/h, H = 53, 0m, P = 3 * 1, 1kW, GRUNDFOS, located in the pump room. A 450L pressure hydraulic tank, also from GRUNDFOS, is installed to avoid hydraulic impacts in the system and reduce the frequency of the plant activation.

A water metering unit with a 50 mm diameter meter with a Flostar-M radio module of class C is installed in the pump room to account for the total water flow at the water supply inlet.

The project provides for apartment metering, as well as accounting for water consumption at offices through the installation of Flodis water meters from Actaris with a radio module kl. "B."

The main network of water supply and riser is laid out of steel water and gas pipes GOST 3262-75 *.

Sanitary devices are supplied from PN10 polypropylene pipes.

The water supply of the offices is provided by a separate branch from the internal main water supply, with the installation of a water meter.

Fire water supply

According to SNiP RK 4.01-41-2006 Table 1, internal fire extinguishing is designed in the building. The water flow rate for internal fire extinguishing is 3 jets of 2.6l/s.

The design provides for the installation of the Hydro MX D001 2 CR 32-4 (1rab., 1Reserves), Q = 7, 5l/s, H = 56, 02m, P = 2 * 7, 5kW, GRUNDFOS, located in the pump room. To avoid hydraulic shocks in the system and reduce the frequency of the plant activation, a pressure hydraulic tank with a volume of 35l was installed, also by GRUNDFOS.

To obtain 3 fire jets, Ø50mm fire cranes with a fire hose length of 20m are used. Fire cranes are located in corridors at an altitude of 1.35 m above the floor.

In fire cabinets there are 2 manual fire extinguishers with a capacity of 10l.

Fire-fighting water supply network is laid from steel water and gas pipes GOST 3262-75 *.

Diaphragms with 13mm hole are provided on the first 2 floors between fire cranes and connecting heads.

Internal fire-fighting water supply networks have two fire-fighting branch pipes with a connecting head with a diameter of 80 mm to connect the hoses of fire-fighting vehicles with the installation of a check valve and an electric valve in the task.

Hot water supply

Hot water supply is provided from the heat unit. Hot water supply system includes distribution (T3) and circulation systems (T4).

For circulation in the hot water supply system, UPS 25-80N circulation pumps (1commercial, 1service) are installed in the heat station on the pipelines of the T4 system.

The main network and risers of T3 and T4 system are laid out of steel water and gas pipes GOST 3262-75 *. Sanitary devices are supplied from PN25 polypropylene pipes .

Hot water supply of offices is provided from an electric water heater.

Type of accepted insulation for cold and hot water pipes - flexible tubular

K-flex isolation. Insulation thickness for cold water pipes - 9mm, for hot water pipes - 13mm.

Domestic sewage system

Household sewerage provides for the removal of sewage from sanitary devices to the designed external sewerage network.

Risers and floor wiring of household sewers are made of sewage polypropylene pipes, outlets are made of polyethylene pipes.

To clean the network, revisions and cleanings are installed. Revisions are installed at elev. 1,000 of the sex level.

For withdrawal of accidental drains in pump and thermal point priyamk 500x500x500 (h) with installation of drainage pumps Unilift ARE 12.40.04.A1 are provided.

Drainage from offices is provided by a separate outlet.

Storm sewer

The removal of rain and meltwater from the roof of the building is provided for in the intra-quarter storm sewage network.

Drains laid in the attic shall be insulated. The project provides for heating of funnels. The system of internal drains (suspended lines) at the technical stage is made of steel electric welded pipes ∅108kh4,0 as per GOST 10704-91, and the main network, risers and outlets are made of polypropylene sewage pipes ∅110.

V1, T3 system pipes shall be wired in the floor and plaster in accordance with the requirements of SN RK 4.01-05-2002. Before installation, isolate polypropylene pipes of system B1, T3, laid in the furrow of the floor, with tubular insulation "Thermaflex" and promise along the entire length, except for sections of threaded connections. Before concreting, the piping shall be subjected to a hydraulic test.

The pipelines of the water supply systems shall be attached to the construction structures by means of suspended supports and clamps so that the pipes do not adjoin the surface of the building structures. A rubber gasket shall be placed between the piping and the clamp. Compact the place of the riser passage through the floors with rubber gaskets, and then seal with cement mortar.

Steel pipelines of systems B1, B2, T3, T4, K2 and external surfaces of steel structures shall be coated with enamel PF 115 GOST 6465-76 * for two times according to primer GF 021 GOST 25129-82 * (total thickness 55 mcm).

Piping of B1, B2, T3, T4 systems laid along the technical floor, attic and risers of B1, T3, T4 systems located in niches shall be insulated with "Thermaflex" tubular insulation, 10 mm thick
