1.2 Master Plan

The territory of the enterprise is located in the southeastern part of the city of Kemerovo, in an industrial district, at the intersection of Tereshkova Street and 62-passage. The entrance for technological transport is located on the side of ul. Tereshkova, and the exit for 62-passage, thus, the transport routes do not intersect, which does not create delays in the supply of raw materials or the export of finished products. Departure for transport of employees of the enterprise is carried out separately from the 62-ride side. The entrance to the administrative building is provided on the side of 62-way and from the territory of the enterprise, next to the car park for employees. The following buildings are provided on the territory: an administrative building with a transition to a production workshop and a warehouse for finished products. Checkpoints are provided at all congresses and departures from the territory of the enterprise.

The building of the production shop has a rectangular shape, with sides 54x96m. Height from the floor to the elevation of rafters is 12 m. The internal volume is divided into three spans. The roof is low slope with an organized internal drainage. The lighting is lateral.

1.4 Production technology

The aluminium section shop is necessarily equipped with lifting and transportation mechanisms. The workshop area includes the following process areas: raw material preparation shop, foundry, press and assembly shop. Production of aluminum profile can be carried out in two ways. The first method involves heating and melting the metal with further molding, in this way piece products are made. The second method is intended for making a profile, the blanks are pressed through a press (extrusion). In this workshop, the manufacturing technology is provided according to two methods.

1.5 Design Solution

The frame of the building is reinforced concrete, made of prefabricated elements. The foundations are columnar. The solid section columns are rectangular. The walls are self-supporting from ceramic concrete panels with a thickness of 300 mm. Floors are made on the ground seamless concrete. The spans are covered by KZHS 18x3m shell plates. Waterproofing of the roof is made of 3 layers of ruberoid on a cement cloth brace. Glazing of steel window panels with aluminium bindings. The gates and doors are steel.

1.6 Engineering Systems

Water supply of the workshop is carried out depending on the purpose:

- production, designed to supply production (technical or recycled) water of an industrial enterprise, its individual workshops or installations;

- household, designed to supply drinking water to workers and employees of enterprises and individual workshops;

- fire fighting, designed to extinguish possible fires in the territory of enterprises, individual workshops or installations.

Water supply is provided through the city network.

Power supply of the enterprise is carried out from the transformer substation, which is connected to the existing power supply networks.

Heat supply is carried out at the expense of the city heating network.

Water disposal is carried out through the combined urban sewage network.
