Description
A six-story office building in Moscow, classified as a second-class durability facility and having a second category of fire resistance.
This project was developed for the purpose of implementing construction work in the conditions of the 2nd and 3rd climatic zones:
taking into account the estimated winter outside air temperature of -26°C;°
with a snow layer density of 170 kg/m²;
with a wind flow intensity of 45 kgf/m²;
with seismic intensity up to 6 points;
on the construction site, the soils are homogeneous, without excess moisture, are not subject to frost heaving and do not have the ability to compress.
