Object Name:

Purpose of systems

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems shall:

A). maintain the air temperature in the working rooms within the limits of optimal standards (cold and transition period + 20? 220С; in the warm period of the year + 23 sound250C), humidity - is not normalized.

B) Provide air exchange with external air at the rate of 4m3/h per 1m2. The number of employees at the rate of 68m2 per person. In conference rooms 20m3/person.

C) Temperature and air exchange of auxiliary and technical rooms shall be accepted according to the relevant codes or process specifications.

Design Design Data

Outside air design parameters:

During the cold period of year - Ton = 25 0C;

In the warm period of the year - Tn = + 31.20 С;

Basic requirements for equipment and materials

For air conditioning, accept equipment from __ CIAT (France) ____________________.

As heating and air conditioning devices, use two-tube cassette fencoyles operating in "heat" or "cold" mode

Refrigeration machines shall be accepted with air condenser unit. The location is defined by the project .

Air conditioners shall be provided as supply systems for all rooms. The location is defined by the project.

Use ducts made of galvanized sheet steel, except for smoke removal systems.

Pipelines of heat and cold supply systems use metal plastic (for example: Fuzioterm Stabi) with a diameter of up to 63mm, steel - with a diameter of more than 63mm.

Isolate pipelines with material of type: __ Armaflex and minvata. _______________________.

Lay horizontal pipelines and ducts in the space above the suspended ceiling.

Heat curtain shall be provided for the main entrance lobby.

Automation

Provide for:

Equipment shutdown in case of fire and accidents;

Operation of the systems according to the weekly and daily program;

Defrosting and freezing protection;

Supply air temperature control and minimum temperature limitation;

Air filter contamination control;

Automatic maintenance of preset temperature conditions in conditioned rooms

Heat point

The thermal point shall be designed in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and SNiP 2.04.0786 "Thermal Networks." The "Thermal Networks" project is not included in this project.
