3.1 General part

This project is developed on the basis of the contract, assignment for design and premises subject to automatic fire extinguishing units.

The initial design data were:

- Design assignment.

- Water supply specification for drainage and connection

No. ID445909 of 15.10.2009

- Drawings, ser. The ARE, KZh, VK given by the Customer.

The project was completed in accordance with the current regulatory and technical documents:

3.2 Unit purpose and main technical solutions.

Automatic installation of water fire extinguishing is designed for fire detection, alarm and fire extinguishing.

Selection of automatic fire extinguishing equipment is made taking into account

- process fire hazard;

- method of fire hazardous substances storage;

- possibility of fire propagation in the protected room;

- construction structures;

- sources of water supply and power supply;

-architectural features of the building.

- the importance of the object and the given level of technical and economic indicators.

The location of the fire alarm, the installation status and the installation location of the alarm panel are provided in the security room. The room is guaranteed to have on-duty personnel who carry out round-the-clock monitoring of the technical condition and functioning of the plant.

The adopted design solutions and main parameters of the plant are given in Annexes 1, 2.

Automatic fire extinguishing plant includes:

- supply and feed pipelines networks;

- pump station of water fire extinguishing unit;

- control unit room (fire fighting pump station);

- devices for connection of mobile fire fighting equipment;

- complex of technical means for control of fire extinguishing plant and internal fire water supply and alarm;

The unit is powered from circular water duct Dn 200 mm (2 tie-ins DN = 200 mm, pressure 0.1 MPa). In the pump station, in order to ensure the required flow rate and head in the event of a fire, there are 2 pumps of the Linas brand ACML100S/22030,20/2 Diam. p.p. 220 mm (supply 145.5 m3/h, head 0.49 MPa, N engine 30 kW).

The water fire extinguishing unit is at a constant pressure of 0.4 MPa created by the intermediate hydropathic capacity of the membrane type V = 100 l and the jockey - by the pump "Calpeda" MXN 205 (Q = 1.2m3, H = 54 m of water. st, N = 0.75 kW), which is also used to compensate for the leakage of fire extinguishing agent (water).

In the room of the pump station (5) at el. -3.300 underground parking is provided for 1 control unit:

-section 1 sprinkler water extinguishing plant for protection of underground parking rooms. (section No. 1 is made air).

Installation of the sprinkler SVVo12R68.03 sprinklers installed by the socket up is provided in section No. 1.

3.3.1 Sprinkler fire extinguishing unit.

In standby mode, the plant's pipelines are filled with water and are at a pressure of 0.4 MPa, created by an intermediate membrane-type hydraulic pneumatic reservoir and the Calpeda MXN 205 fire extinguishing agent leak compensation pump (jockey pump), which also automatically makes up the leak of the fire extinguishing agent (water). DU 200 mm disc locks with electric drive at the input of the city water supply system are closed. In case of a failure in the fire fighting system and replacement of equipment (maintenance of the unit), the fire extinguishing agent is drained into the drain pit, from where it is removed by the drain pump to the sewage system .

In case of fire and temperature increase, one or more sprinkler sprinklers are opened in the protected room, the pressure in the pipelines above the valve of the section drops, the valve opens due to the pressure difference after the valve and before the valve. Through the open valve, water from the auxiliary tank V = 60L is supplied to the sprinklers using the "Calpeda" pump MXN 205, the pressure switch located on the sprinkler valve generates a signal for generating a command pulse for starting the plant, opening the disk gates with electric drive at the input of the city water supply, starting one of two fire pumps, issuing a signal about fire, etc. (Refer to Volume 96P1010APT "Fire Fighting Automation.")

3.3.2 Installation equipment

In installation sprinkler water SVVo12R68.03 sprinklers with a temperature of destruction of lock 680C established by the socket up are accepted; control unit of UUS150/1,2VzVF.04 air sprinkler unit; production of Spetsavtomatika LLP in Biysk, Altai Territory, having a fire safety certificate of the Russian Federation.

Pipelines of the automatic fire extinguishing unit are provided from steel electric welded pipes according to GOST 1070491, steel water and gas pipes according to GOST 326275 and are laid open on walls, columns, floor slabs.

Sprinkler water sprinklers are installed taking into account the card of sprinkling with a socket up, perpendicular to the plane of the coating at a distance of 0.08-0.4 m from the plane of the coating.

Control unit valves shall be supplied complete with piping, valves and pressure gauges assembled and hydraulic tested in accordance with the established procedure.

Equipment accepted in this project has fire safety certificates of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure.

3.4. Main solutions for the organization of construction.

3.4.1 Installation of the fire extinguishing unit shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the design documentation, the design of the work, in compliance with the requirements of the technical documentation of the manufacturers of equipment and devices, the relevant safety regulations. Occupational safety and fire safety, as well as in compliance with the requirements of PUE, PTE.

3.4.2 Technical documentation issued to the installation organization by the general contractor and the customer shall be approved in accordance with the established procedure.

3.4.3 Deviations from the project are allowed only in agreement with the project organization.

3.4.4 Materials, installation articles, pipeline and electrical fittings, instruments used during installation shall comply with the design specification, requirements of standards, normals, technical conditions and have certificates or certificates of manufacturers.

3.4.5 After acceptance of the automatic fire extinguishing system and internal fire water pipeline, the customer shall conclude a maintenance contract with the organization licensed for this type of work.

3.5 Basic safety requirements.

3.5.1 When performing installation and installation works for automatic fire extinguishing units, the departmental construction standards "Rules for the production and acceptance of works of" automatic fire extinguishing units "of the VSN should be followed 25.09.67-85

3.5.2 At operation of installation of automatic fire fighting it is necessary to be guided departmental "Standard rules of maintenance of installations of fire automatic equipment" Minpribor

3.5.3 Technical descriptions and certificates for the equipment included in the fire extinguishing unit shall be used for installation and commissioning and operation of the units.

3.5.4 Fire fighting pump station room shall be permanently closed. The keys to the station premises must be located in the security room or at the personnel conducting round-the-clock duty.

3.5.5 Safety instructions and diagrams of equipment shall be displayed in the fire fighting pump station room.

3.5.6 Posters "Scheme of evacuation of people in case of fire" shall be provided in the premises of the building.

3.5.7 Hydraulic and pneumatic tests of pipelines, capacitance devices shall be carried out in accordance with the rules of Gostekhnadzor.

3.5.8 Persons servicing the plant shall have at least 3 qualification groups for PTB.

3.5.9 During plant operation follow the following rules:

perform repair works only after power supply is cut off.

- During commissioning, repair and preventive works, it is necessary to take into account that in installations when removing voltage from one panel, cabinet, receiving stations are not de-energized, since control and alarm circuits are interconnected and fed in turn from independent power sources.

- During commissioning, repair and preventive works, it is necessary to carefully familiarize yourself with the operation of electric receivers and ensure complete power outage of interconnected consumers in which repair work will be carried out.

- Rubber mats and dielectric gloves are required during the works.

- Perform all operations with serviceable tool only.

- Cleaning and painting of pipelines in the immediate vicinity of current-carrying elements is permitted only at voltage removal from them and with design of work order - tolerance.

- Lighting fixtures not exceeding 42 V. shall be used during repair works.

- Persons engaged in hydraulic tests shall be in safe places at the time of testing. In the absence of such, a screen device is required (in case of possible knocking out of blankings).

- 7.6.10 The design provides for grounding of all non-current-carrying parts of electrical equipment, which may be energized as a result of insulation failure. To fulfill this requirement, all electrical equipment, pipelines and steel structures are connected to the insulated neutral of the transformer by means of a zero core at the inputs.
