4.4. High pressure underground gas pipeline.

The source of gas supply is the existing high-pressure gas pipeline Du500, "High-pressure gas pipeline, Novosibirsk region, Novosibirsk, from GRS - Zhukovsky St.," owned by Sibirgazservice OJSC.

The total length of the high-pressure gas pipeline route is: - 130.6 m.

The total length of the low-pressure gas pipeline route is: - 103.0 m.

This project provides for the installation of isolation valves:

- immediately after tie-in to the existing high-pressure gas pipeline Du500 is installed GSHK50f with a turning plug in the fence;

- upstream of GRPSH on the high-pressure gas pipeline, DN 50mm, GShK50f in the fence.

- after GRPSH on the low pressure gas pipeline, DN 50mm, GSK50f in the fence.

Tightness of shutoff valves is accepted in accordance with GOST 9544 not lower than class "B" for valves with a nominal diameter of up to 80 mm, not lower than class "C" - more than 80 mm.

Valves with a diameter of 100mm and above shall be supplied with a certificate of the installed form, which indicates the manufacturer, product number, tightness information, and inspection results .

The underground gas pipeline of high pressure is provided from the steel electrowelded pipes ø57x3.5 executed in accordance with GOST 1070491.

High-pressure gas pipeline at intersection with roads is provided for in steel cases with control tube by method of horizontal-directional drilling (Navigator).

When crossing with existing communications, perform earthworks manually, in the presence of the owner of communications.

The gas pipeline route is indicated by identification marks installed on the route. Identification marks are installed 1 m from the gas pipeline axis to the right along the gas flow, at the beginning and at the end of the route, at the corners of the route, at the place of installation of the control tube and the places of location of non-removable connections of polyethylene steel and in places of storage of emergency stock of pipes.

The sign plate indicates the distance from the gas pipeline, the depth of the gas pipeline and the telephone of the emergency dispatch service.

The inputs and outputs of all communications passing through the underground part of the external walls of the building shall be carefully sealed in accordance with the requirements of the SNiP chapters for the design of the specified external communications and technical conditions of the operating organization of the gas economy. Seals of utilities inlets and outlets in the 50th zone of the underground gas pipeline are performed according to normals by the owners of buildings on the balance sheet of which they are located.

Drill holes D = 1318mm of pit covers of underground structures in the 15m zone from the gas pipeline.

4.5. Above ground low pressure gas pipeline.

Gas pipelines are made of steel electric welded straight-joint pipes made according to GOST 1070491, group B, from calm low-carbon steel of grade 10 according to the standard for steel GOST 105088. The pipes shall be tested by hydraulic pressure at the manufacturer or have a record in the certificate of assurance that the pipes will withstand hydraulic pressure that meets the requirements of the standards or pipe specifications.

Branches of factory manufacture from calm carbon steel of grade 10 cast according to GOST 173752001. Transitions of factory production from calm carbon steel of grade 10 according to GOST 173782001. Flanges as per GOST 1282080. Cranes are provided for gas medium with seal tightness not less than class B GOST 95442005.

For sealing of flange connections, PON paronite gaskets 3-4 mm thick according to GOST 48180 are used.

Welding of gas pipelines shall be performed with electrodes of grade E42A, E-50A manufactured as per GOST 946775.

The laying of the low-pressure gas pipeline G1 Du50 from GRPSH1 to blanking Du50 is provided above-ground along the fence and fences of a residential building on the street. Zhukovsky 100/2, on separate supports, 2.5m high.

The above-ground gas pipeline was checked by calculation for compensation of temperature elongations. Compensation of temperature deformations is provided due to rotation angles of the route, with installation of fixed supports. During the installation of the above-ground gas pipeline, stretch or compress the compensating devices depending on the outside air temperature at the time of installation of the gas pipelines.

When passing the above-ground gas pipeline near the trees, crust the trees at a distance of the height of the tree from the gas pipeline.

In the design of supports installed near the road, foundations are provided above the ground elevation by 500mm, which is enough to protect against impact of vehicles.

When crossing the above-ground gas pipeline VL10kV, a fence is provided to protect the gas pipeline from falling wires. The transition resistance of the grounding conductor shall not exceed 10 ohms.

When passing the above-ground gas pipeline under the low-voltage power line, the distance between the gas pipeline and the lower point of the sag should be at least 1.0m (refer to PUE7 item 2.4.93).

After the test, paint the above-ground gas pipeline in a conventional color in accordance with the requirements of item 2.3.9 of PB12-529-03:

- two layers of primer GF021 as per GOST 2512982,

- two layers of yellow enamel for external operations PF115 as per GOST 646575.

5. Construction structures.

In this section of the working documentation, a fence for the gate valve and GRPP with a lightning receptacle, supports for low-pressure gas pipelines were developed.

Supports for gas pipelines shall be made of steel pipes as per GOST 1070491 .

The height of FRG and gate valves is not less than 2 meters.

Perform operations, refer to SNiP 3.03.0187 instructions.

Steel structures shall be painted with oil paint for 2 times on the 2nd layers of GF021 primer.

6. Lightning protection.

Lightning protection of FRG and gate valves in the fence at the tie-in point is performed in accordance with the requirements of CO 1533421.122-2003 "Instructions for the lightning protection of buildings, structures and industrial communications."

Erection works shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of PUE, Issue 6, SNiP 421022004, SNiP 3.03.0187.

Apply oil paint 2 times to lightning receptacle, lightning arrester, current collector for corrosion protection.

7. Electrochemical protection.

Electrochemical protection of the underground gas pipeline and casings to prevent corrosion destruction caused by soil aggressiveness (soil corrosion) and dangerous exposure to wandering currents (corrosion by wandering currents) is provided from the existing cathode station developed for the Du500 high-pressure gas pipeline using a blind jumper.

Electrochemical protection is subject to:

1. The ø57h3.5mm gas pipeline 130.1 m long, the protected Sf Square =23.3m2

2. Case of ø89h4.5mm 46.3 m long, the protected Sf Square of =12.9 sq.m

Soil resistivity from 0.55 to 1.1 ohm, which characterizes the average corrosion activity of the soil.

Wandering currents on the gas pipeline route are present (presence of alternating zones), the potential gradient is from (-) 0.08V to (+) 0.01V.

Electrochemical protection against corrosion by cathodic polarization, using tread protection, is used. On the basis of the calculations, the option of electrochemical protection of the gas pipeline from corrosion was chosen using PM10U grade magnesium protectors in the amount of 10 pieces - two wells of 5 pieces, protection of cases from corrosion using PM10U grade magnesium protectors in the amount of 15 pieces - three wells of 5 pieces.

Adjustment of EHZ equipment is carried out in accordance with RD 15339.4-09101 "Instructions for protection of urban underground pipelines from corrosion" and GOST 9.60205 "Underground structures. General requirements for protection against corrosion. "

Acceptance and commissioning of EHZ equipment is carried out in accordance with the requirements of RD 15339.4-091-01.

The protective potential on the designed underground gas pipeline corresponds to GOST 9.60205 "Unified Corrosion and Aging Protection System. Underground structures. General requirements for corrosion protection. "

This design also provides passive methods of protection against electrochemical corrosion.

To execute isolation of the underground gas pipeline in accordance with GOST 9.6022005 very strengthened from polymeric materials TU 606576179900288E.

At the outlets of the gas pipeline from the ground, the installation of insulating flange connections of the IFS is provided (after tie-in and before GRPSH11N). For ISF protection from precipitation, visors are provided.

To measure the potential difference, the gas pipeline is provided with the installation of control and measuring points (instrumentation), in the amount of 5 pieces.

9. Protection zone of gas supply systems.

In order to ensure the safety of the gas supply system, create normal conditions for its operation, prevent accidents and accidents, the organization of the protective zone of the designed gas pipeline is provided, developed on the basis of the "Rules for the protection of gas distribution networks" and Resolution No. 878 of November 20, 2000 on their approval, in accordance with the federal law "On gas supply in the Russian Federation." (No. 69FZ of 31.03.1999) Monitoring of compliance with these rules is entrusted to the gas pipeline operation service.

Gas distribution networks are classified as hazardous production facilities, due to the explosion and fire hazardous properties of natural gas.

According to Rules of protection of the gas distribution networks approved by the Russian Federation Government decree of 20.11.2000 for gas distribution networks the following security zones are established:

- along the routes of external gas pipelines - in the form of a territory limited by conventional lines passing at a distance of 2 meters on each side of the gas pipeline, around separate gas control points - in the form of a territory limited by a closed line, drawn at a distance of 10 m from the borders of the SGR. It is forbidden to build buildings and structures, to carry out earthworks and road works in the protection area without written notification to the organization owned by this gas pipeline. The following restrictions shall be imposed on land plots included in the protection zones of gas distribution networks in order to prevent their damage or violation of their normal operation conditions:

• arrange landfills and warehouses, pour solutions of acids, salts, alkalis and other chemically active substances;

• fencing and fencing protection areas, obstructing access of personnel of operating organizations to gas distribution networks, maintenance and repair of damage to gas distribution networks;

• Fire and place fire sources;

• Pounce, attach and tie foreign objects, stairs to supports and above-ground gas pipelines, fences and buildings of gas distribution networks;

• unauthorized connection to gas distribution networks.

10. Operation of gas facilities.

The operation of the gas facility should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 116 of 21.07.97 "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities," Federal Law No. 69 of 31.03.99 "On Gas Supply in the Russian Federation" Art. 3034, "Regulations on Gas Service," OST 15339.3-051-2003 "Technical Operation of Gas Distribution Systems. Main provisions. Gas distribution networks and gas equipment of buildings. Tank and cylinder units. "

The operation of the gas pipeline and gas equipment is carried out by the owner, who has a permit (license) for the performance of this type of work, trained and certified personnel of his own gas service or under an agreement with an organization with the corresponding license.

The contract should define the limits and scope of maintenance and repair works, regulate obligations in ensuring safe and reliable operation of the gas farm.

The composition of the gas service shall be as follows:

head of the gas service - 1 person.

master - 1 person.

fitters for the operation and repair of gas pipelines - 2 people.

Qualification is not less than 4th category.

The gas service must be equipped with tools, equipment, materials, as well as personal protective equipment necessary for repair work, including emergency ones.

11. Organization of the gas economy service.

Operation of gas pipelines and gas equipment shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002, "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" PB1252903, OST 15339.3-051-2003 "Technical Operation of Gas Distribution Systems. Main provisions. Gas distribution networks and gas equipment of buildings. Tank and balloon plants, "Federal Law" On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities, "Federal Law" On Gas Supply in the Russian Federation, "" Rules for the Protection of Gas Distribution Networks "dated 20.11.00 №878.

The operation of the gas farm is carried out by the gas service of Sibirgazservice OJSC, which has the corresponding license for this type of activity .

The contract shall define the limits and scope of works for maintenance and repair of gas pipelines and structures on it, regulate the obligations in ensuring the conditions for safe and reliable operation of the gas farm. The organization servicing the gas pipeline is obliged to have the staff required by the state that meets the qualification requirements, does not have medical contraindications for work.
