Explanation of the project
1. Common part.
1.1 The project was developed on the basis of the terms of reference and initial data of ZAO
"Kirisha House-Building Plant."
1.2 The project reconstruction of transformer substation of TP8 6/0,4kB 1h1000kVA in volume is solved:
- Replacements existing RU6kV from the KCO2 cameras on new of the KCO386 cameras.
- Replacement of existing RU0.4kV with new structures of Stealth CJSC.
- Replacement of existing TM10006/0.4kV transformer with new TMG10006/0.4
UHL3.
- Substation electrical lighting and auxiliary system replacements.
1.3 Design uses:
- Initial data of CJSC Kirishsky DSK.
- Metering drawings of construction part and inspection materials TP8 completed
LLC NPO Irbis in December 2004.
- Executive schematic electric circuits of RU6 and 0.4 kV of TP8.
1.4 The project was developed in accordance with the requirements of the following regulatory documents:
- PUE, ed. 6.7 "Electrical Installation Rules."
- SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical devices."
- GOST 1310995 "Electric energy quality. Electrical Energy Quality Standards
in general-purpose power supply systems. "
- GOST 2824993 "Short circuits in electrical installations. Calculation methods in
AC electrical installations with voltage up to 1kV "
- RD153-34.020.527-98 "Guidelines for calculation of CP currents and selection
electrical equipment. "

2. Basic solutions.
2.1 The reconstructed transformer substation TP8 is built into the building of the production building and is intended for power supply to process consumers of the house-building plant.
The consumers are connected with the TNC grounding system. Replacement of 0.4kV power cables with a change in the grounding system is not included in the scope of this project.
2.2 Existing RU6kV consisting of 4X of KCO2 cameras it is dismantled and replaced with new of KCO386 cameras. Schematic electric circuit RU6kV remains the same. Due to the smaller dimensions of the KSO386 chambers, an additional 6kV busbar grounding chamber is included in the switchgear. The chambers are installed on the frame made from channel 30 P GOST 824097.
2.3 Designed single-side service cameras KSO386 with rated current of main circuits 400A 6kV, with degree of protection from the IP20 facade, rated current of electrodynamic resistance - 51kA, thermal resistance within 1 second - 12, 5kA, climatic design UHL3 are equipped with load switches of VNM10/400 zPa and VNMM3 10.
2.4 Protection of power transformer from internal and external CP from LV side is performed by quartz current-limiting fuses of PKT103616020U3 type installed on the same base with load switch. The VNM10/400 reserve switch provides automatic disconnection of the transformer from the mains when the fuse is burnt in any of the phases, which eliminates the operation of consumers in incomplete phase mode.
2.5 Existing transformer TM10006/0.4kV is dismantled and replaced by a new one - TMG10006/0.4UKhL3 type with winding connection ∆/Y011 PBV ± 2x2.5%. Connection of the transformer on the party of 6 kV is provided by the flexible current distributors which are carried out from APvVng1095/35 brand cable on the party of 0.4 kV - aluminum HELL tires / 80Õ8¼¼ 10/80kh8mm. Before the transformer is installed on the transformer chamber floor, a concrete foundation with a height of 150 mm, a threshold and a floor slope towards the oil collector are arranged.
2.6 Existing oil collector (V = 1.6m3) meets the requirements of PUE of 7 item 4.2.103 as it holds the full volume of transformer oil - 0.67m3 (830kg). Before installing the transformer, the oil collector must be cleaned of residual oil and dirt, replace the existing metal grille with a gravel filter with a new one, install a metal pipe for oil pumping with a manual pump. (See sheet ES3).
2.7 The existing natural ventilation of the transformer chamber complies with the requirements of item 4.2.104 of PUE ed. 7 and SNiP 2.04.0591 and is capable of removing the heat generated by the transformer taking into account the design load. Air exchange is carried out through louver grilles with a section of 1.25m2 located in the lower and upper zones of the transformer chamber.
2.8 In order to meet the requirements of fire safety, the transformer chamber room belonging to the areas of class P1 is separated by a brick wall with a fire resistance of at least 1 hour from the room RU0.4kV related to normal. The hole of the busbar passage unit through the wall is closed on both sides by passing asbestos-cement slabs and filled with mineral wool slab of grade 125 as per GOST 957396, which provides fire resistance of the unit for at least 0.75 hours (P.4.2.108 PUE, issue 7).
2.9 0.4kV switchgear consisting of one introductory and 2X distribution panels manufactured by CJSC "STelS" of St. Petersburg is installed above the pit on the frame made of channel 30P GOST 824097 and designed for connection of 12TI outgoing lines. The TMG10006/0.4kV transformer is connected to the 0.4kV prefabricated busbars through the input circuit breaker of type ARION581OJB581KA1 of retractable version with manual drive with accumulator, electric and mechanical actuation, with semiconductor disconnector of type B "azn" with Ir = 2000A.
2.10 The use of BH630S type circuit breakers with SEBH0630MTV8 type semiconductor disconnectors with Ipc = 630A is provided as line switches. The section of the busbars is taken according to the capacity of the transformer 1000kVA, taking into account the permissible overload of it up to 40%. The heat resistance current of the busbars for 1 second is 25kA; electrodynamic resistance current of 51kA busbars .
2.11 For internal account on five departing RU0.4kV lines transformers of current of T0.66 400/5 and 500/5 type are installed. Cases of accounting of ShU13 are completed with SA4UI672M 5A 220/380B counters. Connection of cases of account to the RU0.4kV panels is provided by the KVVG 14kh2.5mm2 cable.
2.12 Lighting of substation premises is provided by lighting fixtures of NPP 03100 type IP54 with filament lamps installed on walls. Normalized illumination levels are accepted in accordance with SNiP230595. For connection of portable lamps in rooms RU6 and 0.4kV, installation of boxes with 220/36V reduction transformer of YATP0.25 type is provided. Indoors RU0.4kV the socket by tension ~ 220B connected via the differitsionny automatic machine with Iz =30ma is provided.
Wiring is performed by cable of VBGng660 grade open on walls.
2.13 The substation grounding device is common to 6 and 0.4kV. The volume of reconstruction includes:
- Installation of internal circuits in substation premises from steel strip 30x4mm.
- Welding connection to inner contours of all non-current-carrying metals
parts and buildings of electrical equipment, building structures of the building, third-party
conducting parts, transformer housing and neutrals.
- Arrangement of external leveling circuit made of strip steel 40x4mm with angles
rum 63kh63kh6mm, l=2,5m, 1 m laid in the earth at distance from the base and on
depth - 0.5 m.
2.14 Before installation of the newly installed electrical equipment, construction and finishing works are provided in TP8 rooms. The list of works is given in the list of additional scope of work.
2.15 Newly constructed internal and external circuits are welded together in 2X places and connected to the existing external grounding conductor. The resistance of the grounding device shall not exceed 4 ohms. In case the measured resistance of the grounding device exceeds the specified value, additional electrodes must be clogged.
2.16 After completion of construction and electrical installation works, electrical equipment is transferred to the balance sheet of Kirishsky DSK CJSC and operated by the personnel of the main energy service of the enterprise. Operation of TP8 electrical unit shall be performed
trained electrical personnel in accordance with the requirements of chap. 1.2

safety)) during operation of electrical installations). The head of the enterprise is obliged to ensure strict compliance with the requirements of these documents.
The duties of the responsible for the electrical industry are assigned by order
of the head of the enterprise on the main energy of the enterprise, which carries out
direct management of electrical installations operation.
Appointment of a person responsible for the electrical industry and the person replacing it in
periods of prolonged absence, is carried out after verification of knowledge of PTEEP, POTRM,
operating instructions and assignment of the relevant electrical safety group
V - in electrical installations with voltage higher than 1000V
IV - in electrical installations with voltage up to 1000V.
During operation, TP8 electrical unit shall be serviceable
to service, scheduled preventive maintenance, preventive tests,
modernization and reconstruction.
Personnel servicing the electrical unit shall be provided with the necessary
protective means ensuring service safety.
