Scope of work for installation of metering unit (creation of required straight sections, required shut-off valves, etc.): create required straight sections, install Heat Calculator SPT, Thermal Resistance Converters, Electromagnetic Flow Meters "PREM" on the forward and reverse heating pipeline, HVAC pipeline and HVC pipeline.

11. Upon completion of works, the unit shall be submitted for delivery to inspectors of power and water supply organizations in the presence of a consumer representative (in accordance with the "Rules for accounting of heat energy of the coolant" and "Rules for use of public water supply systems")

12. After issuing the acceptance certificate of the metering unit within 10 days, the customer must contact the power supply organization to make changes to the contract for the release of thermal energy (according to mutual settlements).
