General part

This Project has been developed for the construction of a prefabricated metal chimney H = 18m, do = 2150 (3x800mm).

The following are used in the development of the Project:

1. Metal chimney design. Detailed drawings of cipher 00105.10-KZ and cipher 00105.10-KM1.

2. SNIP 12032001 "Labor safety in construction. Part 1. General requirements. "

3. SNiP 12042002 "Occupational safety in construction. Part 2. Construction production. "

4. "Intersectoral rules on labor protection during operation at altitude" POT RM0122000.

5. "Rules for arrangement and safe operation of lifting cranes" PB1038200.

6. "Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation" PPB0103.

Perform the works in strict accordance with this Project; If the conditions affecting occupational safety are changed, it shall be supplemented in accordance with the established procedure.

Brief description of the object.

The relative elevation + 0.000 is the elevation of the clean floor of the block building

The pipe is a structure made on the principle of "pipe in pipe" with three heat-insulated gas discharge shafts ∅800x3 located inside the bearing shell ∅2150 mm, the height of the chimney is 18 m. The barrel is made composite in height and consists of 2 sections C1 and C2.

The connection of the sections is flanged, the internal gas discharge shafts are connected and sealed along the cone.

All pipe structure mounting joints are welded.

Reinforcing stiffening ribs are made at gas ducts tie-in, and chimney is designed taking into account its transportation and installation. To service the chimney, a running ladder is provided for the entire height, a viewing hatch in the lower part of the pipe.

Lightning protection of the chimney is performed by installation of a lightning receptacle and subsequent connection of the pipe shell with the grounding circuit in the area of the pipe foundation.

Gas ducts are connected to the chimney on three sides, at el. + 2,000. Since the pipe is a linear obstacle, its external painting is marking and is performed in accordance with EGA RF94 with alternating stripes of red and white by 1/3 of the pipe height, starting from above.

Procedure of works execution:

The terms of work are defined by the contract.

From commencement to completion, the Contractor shall maintain a general work log showing the progress, quality and scope of work performed, as well as all facts and obligations of importance in the Owner's and Contractor's industrial relations. (Date of commencement and completion of works, date of provision of materials, services, notification of acceptance of works, Owner's opinions on private issues, as well as all that may affect the final completion date).

I. Work of the preparatory period:

1. Development of this Project.

2. Identification of the need for mechanisms, equipment, devices, equipment, tools, personal and collective protective equipment.

3. Manufacture and purchase of necessary personal and collective protective equipment.

4. Design, fabrication of load-handling devices and containers.

5. Fabrication of brackets, crossbeam, ring scaffolding as per standard design. Fabrication of safety ropes (GOST 12.4.10782).

6. Preparation of the necessary measuring tool and means of communication.

7. Test of safety belts, protective helmets, purchase of workwear.

8. Preparation of data for preparation of application for boom mobile crane.

9. Arrangement in accordance with Stroygenplan of a potentially hazardous area.

10. Delivery to the installation site and placement in accordance with Stroygenplan of mechanisms, equipment, premises, equipment, connection to existing networks; grounding.

11. Execution of the certificate of admission.

12. Design of work permit.

II. Main (installation) works:

Installation of chimney with Libherr LTM-1150 boom crane

1. Install the chimney in accordance with drawings of KM grade code 00105.10-KM1.

2. Section C2 is raised, placed in the design position on the foundation and attached to anchor bolts, rebuilt and equipped with annular external forests.

3. Section C1 is raised, placed in the design position on section C2 and bolted, detached. All works are performed from the external ring assembly woods (appendix 1 sheet 00105.10-3-PPR).

III. Final work.

1. Disconnection from the network, removal of mechanisms and equipment.

2. Removal of hazardous area fencing facilities.

3. Performs a survey of the pipe.

4. Preparation of technical documentation for pipe delivery according to the certificate to the Customer.

Organization of the construction site.

In accordance with the requirements of SNiP 12012004 "Organization of Construction" on the construction plan, the following are given:

• Boundaries of the construction site and types of its fences;

• Permanent and temporary roads;

• Traffic patterns of means of transport and mechanisms;

• Places of installation of construction and lifting machines, ways of their movement and areas of operation;

• Placement of permanent, under construction and temporary buildings and structures, hazardous areas, as well as passages into buildings and structures;

• Location of power supply and lighting sources and facilities of the construction site;

• Location of grounding circuits, location of places for storage of construction debris, sites and premises for storage of materials and structures, location of premises for sanitary services of builders, drinking plants and recreation places, as well as areas for performance of high-risk works. The water required for the works is supplied from the existing utility networks.

Floodlighting of the construction site for the period of installation is provided by the Owner, lighting of the internal pipe space for the period of installation is provided by the Contractor.

On-site passes are used to travel to the mounted elements.

Places of fire stations equipped with fire equipment to extinguish the fire at the workplace are equipped by the contractor.

Construction plot plan is provided in Appendix 1 sheet No. 00105.10-1-PPR

Organization of workplaces.

The organization of the construction site, work areas and workplaces should ensure the safety of workers at all stages of the work. All geographically separate areas should be provided with telephone and radio communications.

When organizing a site, placing areas of work, workplaces, driveways of construction machines and vehicles, passages for people, it is necessary to establish areas dangerous to people within which hazardous production factors are constantly operating or potentially acting. Hazardous areas shall be marked with safety signs and inscriptions of the installed form.

Safety protection fences shall be installed at the boundaries of zones of permanently operating hazardous production factors, and zones of potentially operating hazardous production factors - signal fences or safety signs.

Access of unauthorized persons to the construction site is not allowed.

Work areas, workplaces, driveways and passages to them in the dark shall be illuminated in accordance with GOST 12.1.04685. Work in unlit places is not allowed. Requirements for the lighting of workplaces are given on page 16 of this Project.

Driveways, passages and workplaces must be cleaned regularly, not cluttered, but located outside buildings, sprinkled with sand or slag in winter.

Warehousing of materials, structures and equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of standards or specifications for materials, products and equipment. Materials (structures, equipment) should be placed on leveled platforms, taking measures against their spontaneous displacement, drawdown, waking and rolling.

Workplaces and passages to them at a height of more than 1.3 m or more must be fenced. If it is impossible to arrange a fence, then work at height is carried out using safety belts. The place of attachment to strong supporting structures is determined by the manufacturer of the work. Operation from stairs is prohibited.

It is forbidden to work simultaneously in two or more tiers along the same vertical line, as well as to find people in the lower floors on the grip where these works are carried out.

Openings in floors shall be protected or protected with boards (boards).

Hazardous areas are indicated by clearly visible safety warning signs.

When structures are moved, the distance between them and protruding parts of other structures must be at least 1 m horizontally, at least 0.5 m vertically.

Fire safety measures are implemented in accordance with the "Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation" PPB 0103. Fire safety is ensured in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 210197 "Fire safety of buildings and structures."

The work areas shall be equipped with primary fire extinguishing equipment (including fire extinguishers). Smoking is allowed only in specially designated places outside the buildings, smoking in the plant is prohibited. The facility should have a "Fire Warning Point," a set of primary fire extinguishing equipment, a plan for evacuating people in case of fire.

In the event of an emergency condition of the chimney or doubts about the strength of its structures (cracks, sediments and other deformations of building structures), the work should be stopped immediately, warned of the danger of nearby people and reported to the work manager.

Ground the metal parts of construction machines and mechanisms with electric drive in accordance with "Rules for electrical installations" and "Instructions for implementation of grounding networks in electrical installations."

The movement of gas cylinders shall be carried out on special devices ensuring the stable arrangement of the cylinders.

Storage of cylinders at the site is carried out in specially designated places, excluding damage, heating and admission of unauthorized persons to them.

Electrical safety during installation works

Make sure that the stack grounding circuit is serviceable before starting works.

When performing works, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of SNiP 12.032001 "Labor safety in construction. Part 1. "

Work related to connection of electrical installations shall be performed by electrical personnel having the appropriate safety qualification group.

Connection to the electrical network of mobile electrical installations, hand-held electrical machines and portable electrical luminaires using plug connections that meet the requirements of electrical safety is allowed to be performed by personnel authorized to work with them.

Installation of fuses, as well as electric lamps should be performed by an electrician using personal protective equipment.

Ground the electrically operated equipment.

Current-carrying parts of electrical installations must be insulated, protected or placed in places that are not accessible for touching them.

Protection of electrical networks and electrical installations of the construction site against currents of interfacial short circuit and closure to the housing shall be provided by means of installation of fuses with calibrated fuse inserts or circuit breakers.

Gas cutting works

During gas cutting operations it is necessary to strictly observe safety and industrial sanitation regulations.

1. Maximum - permissible concentration of harmful substances in the air of the working zone shall not exceed:

- acetylene - 300 mg/m3;

- carbon monoxide 30 mg/m3.

2. Operation in the absence of fire extinguishing equipment at workplaces is prohibited;

3. To protect against ultraviolet and infrared rays, gas cutters must work in closed-type protective glasses;

4. To avoid burns from sparks and splashes of molten metal, workers must work in workwear: cotton suit with fire-resistant impregnation, leather boots, tarpaulins;

5. When working with gases from cylinders, their operation is carried out in strict accordance with the rules for the safe operation of pressure vessels;

6. During electric welding and gas cutting operations, the work place of the welder (cutter) must be provided with a non-combustible container for collecting balls and a device for laying or hanging the electric holder (cutter).

7. Persons under 18 years of age who have undergone special technical training, who have received a certificate of passing a technical exam and who have practical skills in servicing the equipment assigned to them are allowed to perform gas cutting work.

8. When performing gas cutting operations shall be guided by:

• GOST 12.1.00576 SSBT. "Working area air. General sanitary and hygienic requirements ";

• GOST 12.2.00875 SSBT. "Equipment and equipment for flammable metal treatment and thermal coating spraying. Safety requirements ";

• OCTS.027279 SSBT. "Cutting of thermal metals. Typical Process Plans ";

• "Rules for safety and industrial sanitation in the production of acetylene, oxygen and flammable metal processing," approved by the Presidium of the Central Committee of the trade union of mechanical engineering workers in 1963;
