1 General requirements

1.1. This Job Instruction (hereinafter referred to as JI) has been developed for installation of PVS5000 No. 2 tank wall at Ishimbay Tank Farm No. 2 "Agidel-Petroleum Services"

1.2 Works are carried out during the construction of PVS5000m3 No. 2 and are carried out according to the project No. 55102PR07 "Agidelnefteproductservice LLC" Vertical Steel Tank with Stationary Roof 5000m3, "developed by OOO EPC" Pipeline Services. "

1.3. Before commencing work, familiarize (under painting) with this TC to persons responsible for the safe performance of work with cranes, lifts (Article Brethren, Foreman, Foreman), crane operators, drivers, slings and other workers engaged in work.

5 Occupational Safety, Industrial and Fire Safety Solutions

5.1. Perform the following actions before starting work:

- from among the ITR to appoint persons by order of the enterprise. responsible for safe performance of works:

- conduct an introductory and initial training of workers on OT by the customer's representative;

- in the fire department conduct induction training of workers with recording in the instruction log and target instruction with recording in the work permit:

- shield the work area with signal tape on wooden supports or for existing structures (tape height 1.2 m, support spacing 5-9 m). If there are existing cables in the working area, display posters;

- obtain work permit for fire, gas-hazardous and high-risk operations:

5.2. During installation works, measures are provided to prevent exposure of the employee to the following hazardous and harmful production factors related to the nature of the work:

- location of workplaces in the vicinity of the difference in height 1.3 m or more (workplaces are enclosed along the perimeter by signal tape on wooden supports):

overturning of machines, falling of their parts (shield the place of work of construction equipment with a signal tape);

increased voltage of the electrical circuit, closure of which can occur through the human body (installation of protective shutdown devices, grounding of all equipment).

5.3. During the works, the working ones are provided with the following protective equipment:

- helmets (26 pcs.);

- tracksuit of IR (2 sets);

- suit x/b (18 sets);

- canvas suit (6 sets);

- hoses x/b (20 pairs):

- tarpaulins (6 pairs);

- boots (26 pairs).
