Description

Gas filling stations (GNS) are a source of supply to consumers with liquefied petroleum gases and are designed for their reception, storage and distribution in cylinders and tank trucks. The STS provides separate storage of liquefied gases with a high content of butane (up to 60%) and technical propane, their separate distribution with the help of cylinders and tank trucks, as well as simultaneous discharge of liquefied gases from railway tanks with different percentages of propane and butane.

The following technological operations are provided for at the STS:

On the reception of liquefied gases from the supplier in railway tanks;

On the discharge of liquefied gases into storage facilities;

storage of liquefied gases in above-ground and underground tanks, cylinders;

O discharge of empty cylinders of unsappropriated residues;

spilling of liquefied gases into cylinders, tank trucks;

On the reception of empty cylinders and the issuance of filled ones;

O technological maintenance and repair of equipment;

On the delivery of liquefied gases to consumers in cylinders and tank trucks;

refueling of vehicles running on liquefied gas;

regasification (evaporation) of liquefied gases;

On the mixing of vapors of liquefied gases with air;

O supply of vapors of liquefied gases.

The GNS is located outside the city limits on specially designated planned sites and preferably from the leeward side of the prevailing winds, so that possible gas emissions do not fall into the zone of residential, public, industrial buildings and structures.
