The city's gas system consists of gas pipelines. Depending on the type of pressure in them, urban gas systems are divided into:
single-stage systems;
two-stage systems;
three- and multi-stage systems.
When choosing systems, it is necessary to take into account the level of the city, the total amount of gas consumed, the type of gas source, preliminary gasification and economic aspects.
