The basis for development of the section "GSV" of the project No. HHHHHHHHGSV "Modernization of the steam boiler house of LLC HKHKHKHKHKHKHKHKH with replacement of a copper of 6.514 hypermarkets on 414 GMOs", were:

- Assignment of the customer of LLC "XXXXXXXXXXXXX" to develop the working design.

- Project completed in accordance with:

-Technical conditions for gasification of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosoblgaz" No. dd.

The following documents served as regulatory documents for the development of the working project:

- Technical documentation for the equipment to be installed.

Brief Technical Description

The boiler room provides replacement of steam boiler "DE 6.513 G" with "DE 414 GMO" with heating capacity of 4 t steam/h (2.591MW). The existing DE 6.514 GM boiler with a heating capacity of 6.5 t steam/h (4.211MW) remains unchanged.

Boiler unit "DE 414 GMO" manufactured by OJSC "Biysk Boiler Plant" is equipped with gas burners "G9/1D" Spanish. ZMD of "Weishaupt" company operating on gas fuel:

- Gas flow rate - 303 m/h;

- Total gas flow per 2 boilers at 100% load - 795 m/h

Medium pressure gas R≤0,49 kgf/cm (Pmin≤0,4 kgf/cm) is supplied to the boiler room room at elevation + 3.110 via Du150 gas pipeline. At the entry into the room, the projected gas pipeline Du150 is connected, on which the installation is provided:

the thermoshut-off valve KTZ isp.2 Du150 serving for automatic overlapping of the gas highway at achievement of temperature of indoor environment at the fire 100C;

- ball valve WK6ba Dn150, which serves to stop fuel supply;

- the gas safety shut-off valve with the electromagnetic Du150 BH6H1 drive serving for interruption in supply of fuel at:

lack of electricity;

a signal about the gas content of the room;

increasing CO concentration;

fire hazard.

Then the gas header goes to D100 and drops to elev. + 2.700, is laid along the front of the boilers. To connect the gas equipment of the designed boiler, a corresponding Du 50 drop from the main gas header is provided .

The gas equipment of the boiler "DE 414 GMO" includes:

-gas burner "Weishaupt" "G9/1D" Spanish ZMD with modulated power control in the range of 0.5003.600 MW, equipped with safety automation. The burner is supplied together with a gas ramp including a double solenoid gas valve, a control burner for a double magnetic valve, a min and max gas pressure relay, a coaxial compensator, a high pressure gas regulator type 6/15050 Du50 with a spring at a pressure of 3070 mbar, as well as a tightness control unit WDK 3/01;

- the turbine Du80 SG16MT25030S counter with a range of measurement of 1:10 serving for technical accounting of volume of natural gas under operating conditions;

- gas filter WF 3050/1 Dou50;

- ball valve KPNK Du50 at the drop to the boiler;

- D20 ball valve for gas pipeline blowdown.

Along the front of coppers on a mark of +2.700 m parallel to a gas collector are laid the blowing-off Ø28x3.0 gas pipeline. On gazoprovodakhopuska to each copper blowing-off Ø28x3.0 lines are provided. Also installation of the pipeline of safety Ø26.8x2.8 with installation of the magnetic valve of leak of DUNGS gas type is provided. LGV 507/5 providing automatic leak check of safety shut-off valves gates prior to start-up (ignition) and control device upstream of the burner (as per item 5.9.8. PB 1252903). After the solenoid valve, the design provides for the installation of the "Weishaupt" tightness indicator No. 2.704 D20, which serves for visual check of the valve tightness.

From the safety waste valve the waste line of the Ø28x3.0 gas pipeline is provided.

Automatic control of the burner provides automatic ignition.

Taking into account these calculations and the fact that in real conditions, we choose a gas turbine meter SG16MT250 for installation with an expansion of the measuring range of 1:10. The measuring range of the physical gas flow at this meter will be 25250 m/h.

Technical requirements for fabrication installation, testing and acceptance of works

Permissible maximum spans between supports for different diameters of steel gas pipelines, m. 32x2.5 - 3.5, 57x3.5 - 5, 89x4.0 - 6.5, 108x4.0 - 7, 159x4.5 - 7.5.

When laying on common supports, the gas pipeline should be placed above other pipelines.

Gas pipelines shall be enclosed in steel pipe cases at the crossings of construction structures. The clearance between the gas pipeline and the case must be at least 10 mm. The space between the gas line and the case must be filled with elastic material. The space between the case and the construction structure shall be carefully filled with cement mortar.

Piping assembly, welding and installation shall be in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0584 "Process equipment and process pipelines. Rules of Works Execution and Acceptance, "SNiP 42012002" Gas Distribution Systems, "PB 4252903" Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems. "

Welding of all elements of gas pipelines shall be carried out by continuous welds according to GOST 1603780 with electrodes of type E42A GOST 946776 with a seam leg equal to the smallest thickness of welded parts.

Gaskets made of paronite GOST 48180 (PMB grade) shall be used for sealing of flange connections of gas pipelines.

To seal threaded connections of gas pipelines, fittings and devices, use linen cloth impregnated with lead suric or belils kneaded on natural olife. The use of hemp or substitutes for natural olife is not allowed.

Control, shut-off and shut-off valves shall be inspected and tested in accordance with the applicable specifications before installation on pipelines.

Installation (installation) of the reinforcement is desirable so that the axis of the corresponding reinforcement is not higher than 1.5 m from the floor surface.

The routes of the purge gas pipelines are shown schematically - clarify in place. The gas pipeline shall have a minimum number of turns, be led outside to the place where conditions are provided for the safe dispersion of gas and be equipped with a device (tip) that prevents atmospheric precipitation from entering the pipeline. Branch pipe is welded to outlet of discharge gas pipeline. Sediments falling into the head accumulate in the funnel and after filling it merge down without getting into the discharge gas pipeline.

Pipeline testing and commissioning shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents.

Soil gas pipelines twice with primer GF021 GOST 2512982 and cover them with enamel PF115 GOST 646576 using solvent GOST 1021478 as solvent.

Yellow identification colour - as per GOST 1420269.
