Additional information
General part
1.1. The design of 0.38 kV VLI reinforced concrete supports with self-supporting insulated wires PIP-2 was developed under contract No. 942 dated 03.11.2006 with ZAO MZVA in accordance with the requirements of the 7th edition PUE.
In 2017, the standard project was adjusted.
1.2. As part of this project, single-chain, double-chain and transitional reinforced concrete supports of the VLI of 0.38 kV with SIP-2 with linear reinforcement of MZVA LLC with attachment of brackets using stainless steel tape were developed.
1.3. Single-chain and double-chain supports VL 0.38 kV were developed on the basis of reinforced concrete posts SV953 and SV953s with a length of 9.5 m with a design bending moment of 30 kN⋅m.
VL adapter supports of 0.38 kV of increased size for intersection with engineering structures are developed on the basis of typical reinforced concrete posts SV1053.6 (5) and SV1103.5 (5) with a design bending moment of 35 to 50 kN⋅m.
1.4. The following types of supports are presented in the project:
- single-chain:
1) intermediate P29;
2) angular intermediate UP29;
3) anchor (end) A29;
4) angular anchor AA29;
5) anchor branch AO29;
6) special angular support UPS29;
- double-chain:
1) intermediate P30;
2) angular intermediate UP30;
3) anchor (end) A30;
4) angular anchor UA30;
5) anchor branch AO30;
- single-chain adapter supports:
1) intermediate PP29;
2) anchor (end) PA29;
3) angular anchor PUA29;
4) anchor branch PAA29;
- double-chain adapter supports:
1) intermediate STP 30;
2) anchor (end) PA30;
3) angular anchor PUA30;
4) anchor branch PAA30.
In the designation of supports, letters indicate the type of support, and numbers indicate the serial number of the design of the support.
1.5. Intermediate supports are developed of single-strut structure, anchor-type supports are made of strut structure using steel plates (girders), special angular support - with bracing.
One-chain and double-circuit P29, UP29, A29, UA29, AO29, P30, UP30, A30, UA30, AO30 support on the basis of racks of CB953 and SV953s can be applied in IIV areas downwind and IIV areas to ice.
One-chain transitional PP29, PA29, PUA29, POA29 and UPS29 support on racks of CB1053,6 (5) and CB1103,5 (5) can be applied in IIV areas downwind and IIV areas to ice.
Double-circuit transitional PP30, PA30, PUA30, POA30 support :
- on stands SV1053.6 and SV1103.5 can be used in III areas in wind and IIV areas in ice;
- on stands SV1055 and SV1105 can be used in IIV areas in wind and IIV areas in ice.
Supports are intended for use in undeveloped (A) and built (B) areas.
1.6. On all types of supports, it is possible to branch to the inputs to the buildings on one or two sides from the VLI.
1.7. The specifications of the supports take into account the suspension of the PIS, which includes three phase cores, one core for external lighting and a load-bearing zero core.
Wires
2.1 Self-supporting insulated wires SIP2 manufactured according to GOST 3194612 (Change No. 1) are suspended on supports developed in this project.
SIP4, SIPn-4 can also be used to connect individual consumers, including branches from the line.
For laying on the walls of buildings and structures, self-supporting insulated wire that does not spread combustion is used.
2.2. Self-supporting insulated wire PIP-2 - multi-stranded wire for overhead power transmission lines, containing insulated cores and zero bearing insulated core, designed for wire attachment or suspension.
The PIP-2 wire may additionally comprise auxiliary conductive conductors for connection of external lighting or monitoring circuits.
The number of auxiliary conductive conductors in wires with zero bearing core of nominal section 50 mm2 or more is set from the row: 1, 2, 3. Nominal cross-section of auxiliary conductive conductors for external lighting circuits - 16, 25 or 35 mm2, for control circuits - 1.5; 2.5 or 4 mm2.
Self-supporting insulated wire PIP-4 - multi-core wire for overhead power lines with insulated cores without a load-bearing core.
Self-supporting insulated wire SIPn4 is a multi-core wire for overhead power lines that does not spread combustion, with isolated cores without a supporting core.
2.3. PIP-2 phase cores are made of aluminum; bearing zero core - from aluminum alloy with temporary resistance of wires to twisting into the core of at least 295 MPa, relative elongation at break of at least 4%, modulus of elasticity of at least 62 × 103 N/mm2, coefficient of linear expansion of at most 23 × 106 C-1.
2.4. The insulating sheath of the PIS cores is resistant to environmental influences and is made of cross-linked cross-linked polyethylene and contains carbon black in its structure to ensure long service life.
2.5. The PIS differs from non-insulated wires in the following properties:
- versatility of reinforcement;
- ease of installation;
- safety for consumers and installers;
- reliability in operation;
- tightness of connections.\
Line fittings for pin-2 wires
3.1. Supporting, tensioning, branching and connecting clamps and other elements of linear reinforcement for attachment of STIP-2 to supports are made with reinforcement of LLC "MZVA."
Specific types of linear reinforcement are given in the specifications on the drawings of 0.4 kV VLI supports and in this section.
The following are the main types of linear reinforcement, with the help of which the SIP-2 is attached to the VLI supports (see para. 3.2 sound 3.13).
3.2. For attachment of PIP-2 wires of 0.4 kV VLI line on intermediate supports set of ES 1500 intermediate suspension is provided (for section of zero bearing core up to 120 mm2, destructive load - at least 15 kN). The kit consists of a PS 1500 universal support clamp and a CS 1500 bracket. The bracket is attached to the support using stainless steel tape type F20.
3.3 Connection of main wires on anchor type supports is provided by means of anchor clamps PA 1500 (for zero bearing core section from 35 to 70 mm2, breaking load - not less than 15 kN), PA 2200 (for the section of zero bearing core PIP-2 from 95 to 120 mm2, destructive load - at least 20 kN), which are installed on the anchor bracket CA 2000.1 (CA 2000). The bracket is attached to the support using stainless steel tape type F20. Anchor clamps are made of aluminum alloy and are resistant to corrosion. The clamps may be provided in molded case or extruded profile case versions.
Attachment of branch wires to building inputs on all supports presented in the typical design is performed by PA 25x100 anchor clamps for 2 or 4 wires of SIPn4 type with a section of 16 or 25 mm2 and PA 1500 clamps for wires of PIP-2 type with a section of 35 to 70 mm2. Anchoring of PA 25x100 anchorages is done with CA 25 brackets, anchorage of PA 1500 anchorages and PA 25x100 anchorages (two branches in one direction) are done with CA 2000.1 brackets (CA 2000). The brackets are attached to the support using stainless steel tape type F20.
3.4. Stainless steel band F20 is used for attachment of anchor and suspension brackets on VL supports. The steel strip F20 is made of corrosion resistant steel with a treated edge, the increased flexibility of which greatly simplifies the fixing of the tape on the support using the clamp C20.
3.5. To perform a branch from the main, use the clamps:
OP616 (OP616M) (section lived 6150/1.516 mm2) - to conductors of lamps of external lighting or to conductors of inputs to buildings, tight;
OP6 (OP6M) (section lived 6150/1.510 mm2) to conductors of lamps of external lighting or to conductors of inputs to buildings, tight;
OP645 (OP645M) (section of veins of 16150/450 mm2) - to conductors of inputs to buildings, tight;
OP95 (OP95M) (section of veins of 16150/16150 mm2) - to conductors of a linear branch or to conductors of inputs to buildings, tight ;
OP71B (section lived 16150/1.595 mm2) - to conductors of inputs to the buildings allowing repeated application from a branch moisture-proof, for one branch;
OP72B (section lived 16150/1.595 mm2) - to conductors of inputs to the buildings allowing repeated application from a branch moisture-proof, for two branches from one clip;
OP72 (OP72M) (section lived 16150/1.535 mm2) - to conductors of inputs to buildings, the allowing repeated application from a branch, tight, for one or two branches.
To ensure the reliability of the sealed clamps, the connection of the PIS cores for the branch must be carried out without tension (with the formation of loops).
3.6. The connection of the zero bearing core in the span shall be made with MJPT N coupling clamps providing mechanical strength of at least 90% of the breaking force of the bearing core. No more than one connection of the load-bearing zero core in the span is allowed.
Connecting clamps of MJPT type are used to connect the main conductive conductors in the span.
Connection clamps of MJPB type are used for connection of external lighting strands in the span.
Connection of wires of different sections is allowed only in hinges of anchor supports.
3.7. To connect the non-insulated grounding conductor to the zero bearing core of PIP-2, ZPV clamps are used, connection of the non-insulated grounding conductors to each other can be carried out using the PS-1-1A clamp.
3.8. CA 600B and CA600T brackets, PA 1500 and PA 2200 anchor clamps are used to anchor the PIS of the main when laying along the walls of buildings and structures.
For intermediate attachment of PIS of the main line along the walls of buildings, BRPF6 facade attachments (BRPF6.1 for installation on wooden surfaces) are used.
3.9. To branch the PIS from uninsulated VL wires with a cross section of 16-120 mm2, the transition clamps OH 640 (OH 640M) should be used for the branch core with a section of 4-50 mm2 and ZPV (ZPVM) for the branch core with a section of 16-120 mm2.
3.10. Clamps of modification "M" have metal tear heads.
3.11. Special piercing clamps with stationary connectors shall be provided for the purpose of organization of safe performance of work on the WFD in accordance with the Rules on Labor Protection during Operation of Electrical Installations, to check the absence of voltage and perform grounding (adapters) on the first supports, on the end supports, on the anchor supports (provided there is no fixed connector (adapter) on adjacent support), on branch supports (provided that there is no fixed connector (adapter) on the adjacent support), on intermediate supports limiting sections of the IDL not more than 2 km .
When designing lines in order to ensure safety requirements during maintenance, it is necessary to provide for the installation of stationary closure and grounding devices (HUD WL) equipped with a separate grounding descent. The devices are installed during the construction (reconstruction) of the VLI for the entire service life .
ZVZ 481 terminals are allowed for connection of voltage control devices, portable shorting and grounding devices.
Temporary grounding clamps ZVZ 481 complete with insulated AIZZ adapters are installed on current-conducting and zero PIS cores for the entire service life of the line.
During operation, UZK (closure device) is connected to the ZVZ 481 clamp adapter, then a portable UZM grounding is connected using a plug to connect to the UZK plug cartridge.
It is not recommended to install other clamps on the PIS to connect the portable grounding, and even more so remove them from the WFD this will lead to corrosion of the line.
3.12. To protect consumers, equipment and linear isolation of 0.4 kV networks from overvoltage, it is necessary to provide for the installation of overvoltage protection devices of the LVA type.
To limit consumer power and protect the VLI line from short circuit, it is allowed to use safety inserts of PV type with replaceable fuses P2D A P63D for permissible current 2A A A 63A.
3.13 It is recommended to install a splitter meter or a remote metering cabinet on the support to account for electricity at the network interface (according to the balance sheet) of the power supply organization and the consumer.
