This project has been developed in accordance with SNiPa regulations 2.08.0289 *
The area of the proposed construction of this project is the Republic of Tatarstan city of Naberezhnye Chelny, which has the following characteristics:
1. Climatic region II
2. Minimum design outside air temperature 34 С
3. V snow area
4.Computed snow load 320 kg/sq.m.
5. II wind district
6. Standard wind load is 30 kg/sq.m.
7. Average monthly air temperature + 20 С in July.
8. Average monthly air temperature 15 С in January.
9. Average winter wind speed 4 m/s
10. Temperature of the coldest five-day period 29 С
11. Ground freezing depth 1.80 m
Architectural and planning part
This project is a school in 12 grades. In
it developed a facade, plans, sections and nodes.
The architectural planning part of each building must be compositionally linked and coordinated with the architectural and artistic solution of all structures and buildings near its territory. Achieving architectural and artistic unity in solving the entire public building is one of the main requirements for the appearance of public buildings.
In developing this project, much attention was paid to the plan, which led to its careful study.
A certain architectural originality of the facade was achieved due to the original selection of windows and doors.
Space-planning part
The volume and planning parameters of the school are assigned based on the number of places for children, since in this course project the school is for 12 classes, for about 360 people.
The school is a set of rooms necessary for the convenience of students and their teachers. This school consists of 2 floors. It consists of the following combinations:
This is a tambour (1) from which we get from the street and from which you can get to this school. From the vestibule, we get into the hall (3) from where we get into the corridor (2), and the stairwell. Still adjacent to the hall is a wardrobe (4) in which you can hand over things. Even from the hall you can get to the office of the director (6), and to the teacher's (5).
Going along the corridor (2) to the left wing we can get into the library (7) from it you can get into the book depository (8). Here you can get into classes (9), and some classes have their own laboratory assistant (10). There is also a stairwell and a spare exit to the street. Walking along the same corridor you can get into the dining room, that is, in the dining room (20). From the dining room you can get to the buffet (25), and from there to the corridor. Then if we wait to go we can get to the kitchen (21), and to the production workshop (22). If we walk along that husband corridor we can get into the pantry (24), into the staff room (23), and the tambour (1) from which the dining room takes food .
Walking along the corridor (2) to the right wing we can get into the doctor's office (19). You can still get into classes (9), and some classes have their own laboratory assistant (10). There is also a stairwell and a spare exit to the street. Walking along the same corridor you can get into the inventory (18), and the sports hall (17). But before the sports hall, we get into a small hall, from where you can get into the corridor separating the men's (14) and women's (15) locker room and from there you can get into the sports hall. Even from this corridor you can get into the coaching room (16), with which you can enter the sports hall.
Even in the left wing and in the right, we can get into the male (11) and female (12) toilets, and near them there is harvesting equipment (13).
Going up from the hall to the second floor, we get into the hall (1), from which you can get into the corridor (3), and into the winter garden (2).
Walking along the corridor (3) to the left wing we can get into the office of the head of the educational unit (4). Then we get into classes (6) in which there are laboratory assistants (7). Also in the left wing we can get to the men's (8) and women's (9) toilet, and at the end of the corridor we get to the stairwell from which we can get to the first floor or to the technical floor.
Walking along the corridor (3) to the right wing we can get into the teacher's (5). Then we get into classes (6) in which there are laboratory assistants (7). Also in the left wing we can get to the men's (8) and women's (9) toilet, and at the end of the corridor we get to the stairwell from which we can get to the first floor or to the technical floor. We can also get into the gymnasium (12) to which the locker room (11) adjoins.
Architectural and structural part
To develop the project, a wall structural system with transverse structural walls and a frame panel system were selected. Particular attention was paid to the outer walls due to the increased requirements for the resistance to heat transfer of enclosing structures. Walls are a three-layer structure. The inner layer is made of reinforced concrete. The middle layer plays the role of an effective insulation, as which mineral wool mats are intended to be used. The outer layer is made of brick to betray the building with a beautiful appearance .
The floor of the designed building is supposed to be made of multistage slabs with a thickness of 220 mm (GOST 956191). On the floor, 100mm floors with an upper layer of linoleum are lost.
Reinforced concrete columns for supporting slabs. To connect to the foundation, the column is inserted into a cup up to 1.05 m.
The slab is aligned with the roof. An insulator is provided to reduce heat loss therethrough.
The floor is arranged on the ground with a compacted base. Thermal insulation is also provided here.
Wooden windows consist of window block boxes, with internal opening and with paired binding. Inside the doors are wooden - deaf.
