General Information

1.1. Full name of the developed project: "Fire alarm system of the Unysh market on the street. Veresaev Aircraft Building District of Kazan" Further in the text - ATP.

Purpose and objectives of fire alarm system

3.1. Purpose of the system

The fire alarm system is designed for automatic detection of fire centers when the controlled fire factors exceed the established threshold values ​ ​ in the protected object, automatic fire alarm and timely notification of personnel about the fire.

3.2. Objectives of System Creation

The system is designed to prevent human and material losses and ensure the environmental safety of work.

Technical solutions

The fire alarm system of the building was developed on the basis of equipment from NVP Bolid. The following technical means are provided for the implementation of this system:

light fire annunciator "Lightning 12" ("Exit" annunciator);

"S2000" fire control and monitoring panel

block of indication "S2000BI";

Smoke detector optoelectronic IP 21241M;

Manual fire detector "IPR 5136" (IPR I);

Safety-fire control device "SMD 20P signal."

Standby power supply "BIRP 12/4.0";

Fire smoke detector linear optoelectronic 4-wire IPDLDII/4P.

The automatic fire alarm system is designed for early detection and determination of the fire source address in the controlled rooms, output of "Fire" and "Malfunction" signals to the duty personnel at the permanent duty station.

In the security room, the "S2000" fire control and monitoring panel is installed, designed to work as part of the fire alarm system to monitor the condition and collect information from the system devices. The console combines the devices connected to it into one system, ensuring their interaction with each other. The panel allows displaying on the liquid crystal display (LCD) messages about fires, alarms, malfunctions, security, removal from protection and other events occurring in the system. It is possible to sound alarm messages. The console stores messages in a non-volatile event buffer from which they can be viewed on the LCD. Instruments "C2000," "C2000BI" and "20P SMD signal" are combined into a network via RS485 interface.

Fire detectors shall be installed in all public and service premises to detect the fire source, and manual fire detectors shall be installed on escape routes and at exits. Receiving and control devices are located in the security room.

Installation of fire detectors is also provided for detection of the fire source in the backfill space. To determine the location of the fire detector, they are connected by independent SGs and have remote optical indication. The design of the false ceiling provides access to the service of detectors.

PPKOP "20P SMD signal" allows to adjust parameters of SB and relay operation programs. Control programs must be set to control the relay.

The main components of the system are described below.

4.3 Characteristics of "S2000-BI":

The number of two-color indicators to display the status of sections is 60;

Supply voltage - from 10.2 to 28.0 V;

Current consumption, in standby mode - 200 mA;

The number of devices connected to the serial interface is 127.

Fire Warning System

For rooms of this type, according to NPB 10403, a fire warning system of the second type is provided. To alert people about the fire, a lightning alert "Lightning 12" ("Exit" annunciator) and a light-sound alert "Mayak12KP" installed on the escape routes are provided. Warning networks are performed by KMVngLS 2x2x0.5 cable. Wires, cables should be laid in a cable channel and corrugated pipe made of self-extinguishing plastic on walls at a distance of at least 10 cm from the ceiling.

For warning in the security room there is a "S2000" fire control and monitoring panel with light and sound indication.

Fire alarm loops, cables and wires

Loops of the fire alarm are executed by independent KMVVngLS cable 1х2х0.5 and KMVVngLS 2х2х0.5 with copper veins. Cables shall be laid in cable channel and corrugated pipe made of self-extinguishing plastic.

Power supply lines are made by independent cables. Joint laying of fire alarm loops and connecting lines, warning units control lines with 110 V and more lines in one conduit, construction structure or on one tray is not allowed.

Joint laying of said lines is allowed in different compartments of boxes and trays having continuous longitudinal partitions with fire resistance rating of 0.25 h from non-combustible material. In case of parallel open laying the distance from wires and fire alarm cables to power and lighting cables shall be not less than 0.5 m.

Interconnection of fire alarm system with other systems

Transmission of "Fire" signal through switching devices is provided with "SMD 20P signal" PPKOP.

Power supply

According to the degree of reliability of power supply, electrical receivers of fire alarm systems are classified as 1 category, and power supply of the plants should be carried out in accordance with PUE.

For backup power supply of all devices of the fire alarm system, 2 BIRP 12/4.0 are provided, containing 2 storage batteries 12 V. 7 Ah.
