Additional information

2. main design solutions

2.1. Fire Alarm Unit

2.1.1. According to SP 5.13130.2009, automatic fire alarm installation of rooms and corridors is provided for.

2.1.2. The design provides for fire detection in fire-protected rooms using fire alarm equipment, transfer of fire information to a control and receiving device in a room with round-the-clock personnel duty, generation of a command pulse to disconnect the system of devices in case of fire (ventilation, etc.).

2.1.3. The device "Signal20M" is provided as a receiving and control device. Detectors are provided to detect fire in fire-protected rooms: IP 21245 (DIP45) - smoke optoelectronic two-wire, protecting the room.

The project envisages the installation of manual fire detectors IPR 51310. Manual fire detectors are installed on escape routes at a height of 1.5 m from the level of the clean floor.

2.1.4. In the mode on duty the Signal20M device exercises serviceability check of loops with fire announcers, at the same time the Norm indicator continuously shines. In case of breakage or short circuit of the protected fire loop, the signal "Malfunction" is transmitted. When smoke fire detectors IP 21246 (DIP46) are activated, "Fire" light signal with address indication comes ON. PK1 "Oriole" sound annunciator is used for audible warning. Sound alarm in "Warning" and "Fire" mode is supplied by two-tone signal, intermittent or continuous, respectively. Sound alarm of fault modes is supplied by single-tone intermittent signal. Detailed operation of the device is described in the certificate and operating instructions.

2.1.5. The device is powered from a separate machine.

2.1.6. The device shall be grounded by means of connection of the protective grounding terminal of the device to the protective grounding circuit.

2.2. Setting fire warning.

2.2.1. According to the method of EMSS notification, the second type is provided.

2.2.2. Fire warning system shall provide audible warning of people in the building and actuation of "EXIT" annunciators.

2.2.3. To provide audible warning, the project provides for PK1 "Oriole" alerts. EMSS audio signals provide a level of at least 15 dBA above the permissible sound level of constant noise in the protected room.

2.2.4. Audible warning devices are activated by the responsible person from among the personnel on duty upon receipt of information about the fire detector operation. Signals are transmitted simultaneously to all rooms. OPOP18 "OUTPUT" annunciators are connected via two-wire line to "Signal 20M" panel and are supplied from the loop.

2.2.5. Signal 20M unit provides signaling of its operation modes, as well as input and output states.

2.2.6. The warning circuits are powered through the relay unit.

2.2.7. During the operation of the office building in the room where the fire alarm control device is located, the office manager is located, at non-working times the signal from the control device is sent to the control panel, with which an agreement has been concluded for the implementation of security services.

3. power supply of automatic fire alarm and warning systems.

3.1. Power supply of electroreceivers of systems of the automatic fire alarm and the notification is carried out via the redundant power supply (RIP12 isp.05) completed pressurized by joint stock bank of 17 Ach 12B. The redundant power supply is connected to the 220V 50Hz AC network. Operating power supply is provided from AC network 220V 50Hz. backup power supply - from storage batteries. Backup power supply ensures power supply of electric receivers and serviceability of systems in standby mode of 24 hours plus 3 hours of fire automation and warning systems operation in alarm mode.

3.2. RIP12 provides continuous automatic monitoring of the input network voltage and when it drops to the network threshold, the output to the battery is switched. RIP12 provides continuous automatic control on the battery and when the voltage on it decreases, it is connected to the charger.
