Description
The routing is being developed for the construction of a typical floor. A team of 16 people works in stages on two hijackings. From 4 to 8 people participate in the installation of slab formwork, fixing it using scaffolding supporting slabs (slab formwork consists of main shields 2.7m high, 0.6 to 4.8m wide and additional upper shields 0.3m high, the width is the same as the main), laying of main beams with spacing of 1.5m, on them secondary beams with spacing of 0.6 - 0.7m and then plywood sheets with cutting in place). After installation of reinforcement grids in the design position, layer-by-layer (up to 50 cm wide) concreting with vibration using manual electric vibrators begins. Concreting is carried out in two shifts by two workers. Concreting is performed using the crane-badya process system. The concrete mixture is brought to the construction site in the car myxier, unloaded into the bucket and raised to the concreting site using a tower crane. You can remove the formwork when the concrete reaches the strength that ensures the safety of corners, edges and surfaces. In our case, the formwork of the walls begins to be removed in two days (concrete of class B25 with atmospheric hardening reaches 65% of the design strength). In parallel with disassembly of slab formwork for 2 hours, knitting of column frames and formwork device are started. After concreting and reinforcement of the floors of the first grip, work on the second grip begins.
