General part

This section of the project provides gas supply to the designed roof boiler house at the address: St. Petersburg.

The gas supply project was executed in accordance with specification No. ___ dated ___ 2014 issued by St. Petersburg Gas LLC and in accordance with the requirements of the current norms and rules:

SP 62.13330.2012 Updated version of SNiP 42012002 "Gas distribution systems";,

SP 89.13330.2012 Updated version of SNiP II3576 "Boiler plants,"

Two Vitoplex 200 SX2A hot water boilers are installed in the designed boiler room. "Viessmann" with a capacity of 0.7 MW each with a gas burner GP80P f. «Oilon».

The gas supply of the boiler house will be carried out from the external low-pressure gas pipeline (LLC project, seeker code) with natural gas with a calorific value of Qn = 9.304 kWh/m3 (8000 kcal/m3) and a density of wave= 0.68 kg/m3.

The boiler room operates in automatic mode, without the constant presence of maintenance personnel.

In case of emergency interruption of gas supply to the boiler room dispatch service, refer to the instructions for relevant measures related to boiler room shutdown.

All gas equipment is certified and has permission from the Russian State Gas Turbine Plant for use in Russia (See Annexes).

Architectural and construction solutions

The building of the business center, on which the boiler room is located, is a triangular in plan object with dimensions in axes on the longest sides of 68.7x60.0 m and 39.2 m at the larger end.

Fire resistance degree of the building - II

Structural fire hazard class - CO.

Functional fire hazard class - F4.3

The project provides for the construction of a roof boiler room. The boiler room is a one-story building with a metal frame lined with three-layer enclosing structures (sandwichpanel 100 mm thick), the roof is made of metal light non-combustible sandwichpanels, 150 mm thick along the slope of metal beams. The waterproofing carpet "Uniflex EPP" and "Uniflex EPP" serves as a coating of roofing cake. The building has plan dimensions in axes 6.0 x 8.0 m. The height to the bottom of the rafters is 3.5 m.

The independent roof gas boiler house with an installed capacity of 1400 kW in accordance with Appendix 7 of SP 20.13330.2011 "Loads and Impacts" according to the accounting of the responsibility of buildings and structures belongs to the IIm level of responsibility, designed by a single-story building with a rectangular shape with a metal frame with dimensions in axes of 6.0 x 8.0 m. The height to the bottom of rafters structures is 3.5 m.

The main structures of the boiler building are made in accordance with SP 41-104-2000 and SNiP II-35-76 *. The supporting structures of the boiler house have a fire resistance limit of 45 minutes.

Category on explosive and fire hazard - according to PUE normal, fire resistance degree - II. Class of fire hazard C0, functional F5.1.

For the relative elevation of 0.000, the mark of the clean floor of the boiler house is taken to be equal to an absolute elevation of + 32.400.

Frame structural diagram is adopted in the design. Stability of the load-bearing frame is ensured by rigid pinching of the columns to monolithic reinforced concrete coating, vertical connections along the columns and horizontal connections of the coating.

Columns, beams and links are designed from rolling profiles. Columns of metal rolled stock are adopted from bent closed welded square profiles 100x5, vertical and horizontal connections of boiler house are made from angular rolled stock 75x5. The covering beams are made of 25Sh1 I-beam and channel No. 16, No. 14.

Construction of building walls: curtain sandwich panels 100 mm thick.

The roof is made of metal light non-combustible sandwichpanels, 150 mm thick along the slope of metal beams. The waterproofing carpet "Uniflex EPP" and "Uniflex EPP" serves as a coating of roofing cake.

Windows are made according to GOST 2316699 as easy-to-use structures. The glazing area is made on the basis of 0.03 m2 per 1 m3 of the free volume of the room is 5.54 m2.

Floors: the top floor layer in the boiler room is a sparkling structured tile on glue laid on a 25 mm thick cement sand brace. Cement-sand brace is made on monolithic reinforced slab with thickness of 120 mm. 40 mm thick Foam plates are used as insulation. Waterproofing of the floors is provided as a roll with an institution on the walls.

One outlet is provided from the boiler room. The door is metal, insulated, equipped with a lock.

The total area of ​ ​ the boiler house building: 48.0 m2.

Building area: 50.84 m2.

Construction volume: 260.76 m3.
